攜程上預訂的最高價（380）標間，房間描述是部分有窗，辦理入住後才發現窗户跟沒窗一樣，窗口靠走廊，要換大窗户得加錢；電梯到不了還得爬一層樓梯，房間面積很小，衞生、硬件都還不錯，就是380體驗感太差，套路還多，要早餐票還要看我攜程訂單訊息才給，早餐就是樓下商家，摳搜的給還吃不飽，

前台服務人員態度非常好，前台環境很好，準備的紅棗茶很健康很好喝，位置很好，周邊交通很方便，吃飯的地方也很多，房間乾淨衞生，床墊很舒適，洗澡方便，用品齊全，還能免費洗衣，非常推薦，

非常滿意，前台小姐姐服務很好，還有免費的充電線可以租借，房間很乾凈環境很好，周邊小吃很多，距離大雁塔很近，超市就在附近，很方便，推薦！

衞生：還可以，就是窗紗上有蚊子血之類的東西
環境：同一層樓有好幾家酒店，稍顯混亂，房間外面有建築垃圾，主要是因為靠近大學才選擇這家酒店

酒店位置方便，旁邊有醫院附近吃喝都不少，對於就醫或者出差都很方便。前台服務很好，有耐心，有什麼需求基本都可以滿足。房間衞生乾淨，設施新，服務員打掃也很勤快。

非常滿意，服務到位，位置也好，距離醫院很近，附近繁華，環境也很好，酒店設施很完善，洗衣房很方便我們陪護的家屬，旅遊的朋友也推薦，房間寬敞，通風好，採光好，距離大雁塔很近，下次來西安還會選擇這裏。
