Located inside the city gate near the clock tower and the subway station. Wifi is provided, but there is some obstruction on certain apps and webs. Room size is ok for me, self service free laundry and heater is located in the 2nd floor. Breakfast is served at floor 1 and there is a refillable water also. Free fruits and welcome drink which is send by the robot.

The front desk staff was super helpful and friendly. They were able to speak some English and had translation apps ready when they couldn’t. The rooms were clean and nice. The coffee and breakfast was good. It was a nice location not too busy and loud. There was a school next door but you didn’t hear it which is great. The sitting area was very cute and cozy.

I was promptly greeted by the front desk and was greatly accommodated as an English speaker. They were all friendly and bubbly speaking in broken English and using an app to help. Once in the room i knew what i paid and expected what i got from the pictures. The room was clean and the bed was large and comfortable. The best part of this hotel is the location, it's unreal for those who are foodies and want to explore. It's close by to landmarks and the subway but the best is all the street food around the area. The only bad thing i found was that the air con seemed to not want to heat up the room so it was pretty frosty.

We had a perfect stay at Campanile. Everything was excellent, very high standards of cleanliness and service. The shower's glass doors were always immaculate. Cleaning was done every day. Good products ñ, soft towels and linen. The hotel has a self laundry service which worked perfectly and left our clothes very nice. The breakfast was good but I would recommend adding more fresh fruits.

Location of the hotel is excellent. It is within walking distance to 钟楼，鼓楼，回民街 and many other shopping malls. Hotel is about 20 steps from 钟楼站 J6. There are many tour agencies at 回民街 to book day trip to Terracotta Warrior etc. There are also tour desk at the train station to assist with day trip booking. The hotel concierge is also able to help to book day trip to see terracotta warrior. Breakfast buffet was good. Afternoon tea was miserable. We did not bother to go again after trying out once. The page did not clearly state that the free one-way transport is from airport to hotel. We thought it could be used for one way transport to anywhere in Xi’an.. Due to the incomplete information, we did not manage to utilise the free transport as we did not call to make appointment for our airport pickup. There was washing machine and clothes dryer available for use and it was free. The laundry room was open from 9am to 9pm only. Detergent was provided for free. The view from our room was excellent too. 钟楼was just infront of us. Overall experience was great. Will definitely recommend friends to stay at this hotel.

The hotel is really stylish and the room was very large and comfortable. The staff are very helpful and helped us with lots of information and advice. The location is also great as the Muslim quarter is a few minutes north and the museum and small goose pagoda are a little south. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel is relatively new. Advertised name ”A-Tour” and actual hotel name is different, so hard to find on local DiDi app, or iphone map, but we worked it out eventually. Breakfast is half western with basic choices, coffee machine is a challenge and never not hot enough. Breakfast on the outside deck overlooking the wall was quite relaxing. Lots of shops around close, including Dairy Queen and several coffee shops just out the front, KFC, Pizza, Macca's and numerous good local restaurants within very a short walk. Rooms are big enough, comfortable and clean, the bed is soft, a big bonus to find in China in the budget range hotels. My opinion, it's a good choice as it's easy on the budget.

Good points: Nice hotel located just south of the Muslim Quarter and the street connecting the Drum and Bell towers. Good breakfast. Bad points: the floor matting outside the bathroom was dirty and stained. The bathroom is totally open plan with just a curtain. The WiFi can’t be used accessed unless you have a Chinese mobile number, so is basically unusable for international travellers.

The children's home for the exams at Jiaotong University is opposite the south gate, and next to it is a food street that opens at night, which is very convenient. The hotel is very small and the aisle is very residential, but the room size is appropriate, and all kinds of supplies are very complete. Smart toilets, electric curtains, millet TVs, etc. have greatly improved the comfort of the stay. I especially like the breakfast. The restaurant elder sister prepared all kinds of dishes so much that it feels like home. On the first day, there was red bean paste, and the second day was mung bean and millet porridge. I sent my children to Xi'an Jiaotong University to go to school. Ctrip randomly searched the hotel and chose Barcelo Osdeng when I saw the good reviews. But the experience of staying in is really good value for money! The hotel’s facilities are particularly new, all with intelligent voice control, video can be cast on the screen, and the service is superb. Special praise to the little sisters at the front desk, Xiao Fu and Xiao Hao, who are beautiful and good at service. They gave me two bottles of water and small gifts when they checked out. The room was comfortable. The configuration is very complete, humidifier shoe polisher, including razor moisturizer shower cap, everything. The location of the hotel is also very convenient. There is a shopping mall next to it. There is a small Wild Goose Pagoda opposite. It is also close to the subway. The hotel is also convenient to go to other attractions. The front desk service is also very good and very warm. Basically, there are questions and answers. Solved a lot of problems, There is hot tea in the lobby every time you come back, there is a vitamin gas station at noon, and there is porridge at night. This is not available in many hotels.
