After negotiation, he contacted me to stay in the brother’s store next door. It was very considerate. The breakfast was prepared in the morning and it was very good. Great, a very good hotel, it is recommended to put more quilts in the guest rooms, and the bed cushions are a bit thin.

This hotel feels so good, the environment is warm and elegant, clean and tidy, the facilities are brand new and complete, the proprietress is very enthusiastic and makes people feel at home, the breakfast is also very delicious and considerate❤️ It is very suitable for friends who are traveling on business. The transportation is very convenient. I will come again if I have the opportunity. I am satisfied and recommend it to everyone!

I live in Building 2 of Pufan Bieyuan. The surrounding environment of the yard is very good, quiet, opposite the mountain, the car is free to park on the side of the road, the parking space is sufficient, the bathroom in the room has some smell, it should be that the drainage is not done well, so the room has some smell, other than that it is very good, the room is opposite the mountain, You can see it from the house. Breakfast is like made by the landlord’s grandmother. The leek omelet is very suitable for my husband’s appetite. He ate several pieces, as well as leek fan cakes, fried dough sticks, eggs, sour cucumbers, fried peanuts, pumpkin porridge, and boiled eggs. There is a food street about 500 meters away from the inn.

From Nianhua Bay, I saw the archway and went to the hotel entrance. It was very easy to find. The young lady at the front desk was very enthusiastic, kind, and sounded pleasant, like the Central People's Radio. She answered breakfast and nearby supermarkets, stations, etc. It was very practical and praised! The room was clean and tidy, like the photos provided by the hotel, the bath water was very comfortable. I slept until dawn, and went to Shantou to enjoy the cherry blossoms after breakfast. This trip to Wuxi was very satisfactory!

We had a great time at this hotel. Our rooms were amazing, spacious and comfortable. The beds was perfect as always worry about a hard bed. The quality of the furnishings are high quality in the rooms with lots of lighting options, remote curtains etc and bath with feet and tv to relax in the bath. The tv has English movies which is rare based on our experiences of hotels in China. There is even a cinema with pre downloaded movie options that you can watch with English subtitles and cinema chairs. There are two large pools, one indoor which is really cool with dark lighting and very blue water and one outside which my kids were brave enough to swim in with a view overlooking the lake. The hot springs were hot and relaxing with Tea, milk and sulphur baths. We are in the restaurant for dinner and have good local cuisine as well as breakfast in the morning with western options. The staff hospitality is what set this hotel experience apart as the staff went out of their way to make sure we were happy. Turbo was fantastic and spoke good English so he could help us with checkin and other requests during the stay. Thanks so much Turbo and your colleagues for a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back. A gem in Wuxi!

... The Hotel called us immediately upon receiving the booking because we booked it at last minute. It was a new hotel that opened 2 months ago. The environment is clean, tidy, and easy to find. Near to the Scenic Area and walking distance to restaurants. They were very accomodating when we arrived. Especially to Stronger, Meng2x and Cici. They showed us the rooms first if it fits for us. Offered us Dinner in a family Style. At that time it was snowing so we don't have time to go out. Foods are home-cooked. We felt like we're part of the family. Foods are organic fresh from their garden. It was new hotel so all amenities and stuffs are new. Will recommend to other friends and definitely gonna come back again. ThumbsUp 👍👍😎

This time we are old friends, buy vegetables to cook, the atmosphere is super good, Banniang is warm and hospitable, the kitchen facilities are new and complete and easy to use, it is completely beyond my estimate, the breakfast is also exquisite and delicious, our friends are very satisfied and look forward to the next stay

The hotel is in a scenic location and very close to the Wuxi lake and Lingshan Buddha, the local food was great and the staff were very friendly. There were a few downsides, the all-day dining restaurant was closed, the restaurants in the village closed very early and very few staff spoke English or even knew who to direct us to for help. The staff however, after a few mistakes, went out of their way to help us and resolve some of the issues. The gentleman working at the pool area was great, the swimming pool and billiard room were awesome. The village had many shows throughout the day, many cafes and a lot of cute cats that were really friendly.

The scenery is beautiful. There are different parades in the scenic area, which is very suitable for taking the elderly and children to play. The hotel room is very good. We chose the second floor with a balcony, where we can see the Brahma flower sea. The hotel service is very considerate and will send a program list every day. It would be better if there were more varieties of breakfast.

The front desk lady was warm and polite. I upgraded to the 4th floor deluxe lake view room for free. The balcony has a wide view, looking out to the hundred-acre lotus pond and the unobstructed view of Taihu Lake. It was refreshing to lie on the bed and face the beautiful scenery of Taihu Lake. It is very convenient to visit Nianhua Bay. I will stay here again next time I have the chance.
