Facilities: It used to be a five-star hotel owned by Hilton. After three years of epidemic, the facilities are very dilapidated* and the walls are peeling off. The hotel is dark and the gardens are in disrepair. The bathtub had been exposed to the elements. There were stains on the recliner. The central air conditioner was very loud and made it impossible to sleep. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. The bathroom was very slippery and I almost slipped. The blinds won't go up. Hygiene: The sofa, lounge chair and footstool on the balcony had very, very large stains. Environment: Relying on the empty shell of the hotel left by the old American Hilton, living on your laurels. The hotel shows no sign of care at all. Service: Except the uncle who rents the bicycle is very kind. One of the other front desks is considered a special one. Especially the front desk manager, who can also be a service staff? There is no professional training at all, and the service level is very below the level of a five-star hotel. Having stayed in so many five-star hotels, this Taiyue is priced at nearly a thousand yuan and is not worth it. Lightning protection!

Disadvantages: The location is very remote, and there is basically no takeout; the facilities are relatively old; the guest room building is long and narrow, and it is 1 kilometer from the hotel lobby to the room I stayed in, which is not an exaggeration; the service is not in place, such as the various switches in the room are not marked, you I don’t know which switch controls which. For example, breakfast is on the second floor, but you can’t get directly to it by the elevator. You need to go to the lobby on the first floor first, and then go from the lobby to the restaurant on the second floor. There are no prompts in these rooms.

The children's paradise is not open, and the swimming pool is under maintenance. The hotel is located by the Taihu Lake, a typical mountain and river, although the decoration is a little old, but the service is very good, there are bicycles for riding, if you are physically fit, you can walk on the mountain behind the hotel, you can see a lot of bayberry trees, the scenery good!
