Many of the lights in the room are spotlights, which make people's eyes uncomfortable, and the switch controls are also very insensitive. Finally, when it comes to service: the front desk staff all use "cold" to describe it. I don't understand why a waiter in a fast hotel needs to be so condescending. After staying in a hotel so many times, this is the first time I encountered something so uncomfortable. The hardware and software are really not good enough!
