出差和旅遊首選的酒店，每次出差都住這裏，服務一直熱情，環境非常好，早餐比很多同價位的酒店要好。很乾凈，機器人送東西方便，每次在房間需要水之類的一個電話就送到了，早餐也可以外帶，各方面都非常不錯。

首先 地理位置 算是比較方便 旁邊就有商場 吃飯購物都方便 離徐東地鐵八號線走路10分鐘左右 停車也比較方便 有停車場
第二 房間的安排 訂了兩間房 全都在角落 其中一間大床房在後廚邊上 比較吵 而且沒有通風的窗 室內比較潮 味道不好 這一點是非常不滿意的 另一間雙床房保潔擦地的抹布味道很重 多次反應之後依然沒有解決
第三 客服工作人員比較熱情 但是前台工作人員都感覺愣愣的 溝通比較費勁
第四 早餐 還可以 二十幾塊的價格比較划算
整體來説 沒有預期的好

酒店在商業體的5～6兩層，雖然不大但裝修雅，環境優。旁邊銷品貿、對面新世界及武漢本土大型商場，吃逛方便，還可外賣機器人送餐保護私隱。交通方便，地鐵直達及免費停車，步行江灘看武漢之夜。前台服務必須優，客房與餐廳打掃阿姨也特棒，走到哪迎面遇到都會禮貌點頭，微笑問好！
因為陪考原因，選擇酒店時不光選擇服務及地段，更看了很多差評留言，為了避坑，訂房時特意備註“安靜、通風”等特殊要求且通過攜程貴賓權益兑換了房間升級和一份早餐。到店後，前台看到2人同行又主動多贈早餐，進入房間再次來電，詢問對房間是否滿意。全方位的貼心服務🌹🌹🌹
湖大考學季，周邊經濟房都漲價了，這裏四星級服務平民的價，超值！！！

新中式風格的酒店，有點茶文化的感覺，大廳的裝修非常好看。服務也挺好，從前台到大廳打掃阿姨到客房阿姨，都是微笑禮貌問好，真的有被問温暖到。另外還有機器人送物，特別方便。早餐也不錯，入住時還有一羣體考的學生，瞬間有一種上學的感覺😊退房延遲到下午3點簡直太棒了👏

設施：酒店各項設備設施都很新，網速快，裝修也高端，
衞生：大堂在五樓，很大氣，裝修風格新穎，
環境：周邊地理位置好，湖北大學就在旁邊，地鐵也方便，旁邊還有商圈，吃的東西也多，房間也乾淨整潔，房間裏面東西配置也挺多的，都可以語音控制，
服務：大廳乾淨，一來就聽到了問候聲音，前台還幫忙升級了房型，還介紹了周邊好玩和好吃的地方，知道我們來的路上累還遞水給我們喝，前台服務真的不錯。

到武漢出差就住這個酒店，漢口漢陽都有店，不得不説還是挺到位的，先説服務，前台小姐姐都非常熱情，笑嘻嘻的，進來就給人感覺很好，再説配套，該有的都有，洗衣房，健身房，沒有的這家酒店也有，機器人送東西對於奔波出差的人來説還是非常好的，最後是早餐，選擇也挺多，對於我很滿足了。推薦

設施：新且高科技，一進屋就有小愛音響播放音樂，馬桶也是智能，還有機器人送外賣和酒店用品，非常適合i人居住
衞生：很乾凈，保潔人員也多，遇到會主動打招呼
環境：非常好，地理位置也很好，打車公交地鐵都很方便，第一次感覺假期高價位也值得
服務：前台和保潔都非常好，有問必答，因為樓下有KTV，特意選了安靜的房間，雖然看不到景，但住的很舒服，自助早餐體驗感很差！有個大哥，點單面和粉的時候跟欠他錢似的，態度兇且沒耐心，手抓餅不知道是他們的早飯還是什麼，詢問的時候被拒絕，吃個飯還要看他臉色，無語😑
延遲退房至15:00點:這個真的是沒話説，對於最後一天遊玩想晚走的遊客，特別方便
唯一的缺點是，中央空調不可自我調控
整體非常推薦，自助早餐躲避那個兇大哥就是滿分！
