前台帥氣的小哥哥沙峯和漂亮的小姐姐任欣妍人很nice，很熱情，服務一級棒！第一次入住幫我們免費升級了房間👍🏻 酒店環境很不錯，房間很乾凈，還送了小童拖鞋和小童牙刷！還送了歡迎鮮花！細節滿分！早餐豐富，熱乾麪很好吃！！五星好評！！

酒店價格很平民，服務確實5星的，酒店很新，設施很全，還很時尚，喜歡他們的吹風機。洗漱用品質量很好，出電梯有人接行李辦入住，免費自助早餐和辦理入住在同一層5樓，客房在6樓，客房公共區域都鋪了地毯很乾凈。前台有多種水果，零食，飲品可以自己拿或是服務人員送入房間 ，都是免費的。點的外賣都是服務人員送入房間的。入住送了玫瑰花一朵，退房時送了小禮物很驚喜。最後表揚一下接待我入住的沙峯和一個小美女，送我離店的孫福福以及前台的小哥哥，酒店很贊

🚗 交通：位置還是很方便，離地鐵站公交站都近，散步去解放公園也很近。
🍃環境：新開的酒店環境還是挺好的，公共區域有書吧，房間設施也都比較齊全，有小冰箱，燈光比較智能，早餐很方便也算豐富了。尊享大床房面積還比較大，但也就個書桌一把椅子，感覺設施也沒比普通房間多吧！
🔔服務：剛進酒店感覺挺好的，電梯裏有一支玫瑰，入住也會送一朵，進房間發現空調已經打開了，特別貼心。
酒店整體都還是挺不錯的，但客觀的説，評論裏那些什麼入住零食水果，離店時的伴手禮都沒有，當然這衹是錦上添花的東西，也不是非要，但看評論有人有有人沒有，有點不明白哦。還有，回來拿寄存的行李，借用一下衞生間，前台小哥哥態度很好的告訴公用衞生間地方，但是朋友沒找到，問保潔阿姨的時候，阿姨挺不客氣的。最後，離店的當晚發現藍牙耳機沒見了，想到前一晚耳機拿出來充電過，離店後也沒用過，應該是落在房間沒拿走，打電話問，説要查，再問又説要聯繫早班的同事，第二天下午我又打電話問，説實在沒找到…當然遺失了東西主要是自己不小心，但遺失在酒店找不到這個事吧…希望酒店對工作人員還是加強管理吧！

來武漢面試，這家酒店剛開，環境不錯，服務態度很好和5星酒店相差不大，早餐種類有點少，客房打掃及時，床睡着很舒服，自助洗衣機用起來方便，屋內有冰箱，入住當晚還送了果盤，總體來説很滿意。

第一次來武漢，參加2024武漢馬拉松，入住星辰酒店，因為一早就到了酒店，需要先寄存行李，第一感覺就是姓劉的小哥哥很熱情，一點不麻煩給我們先寄存，酒店很貼心，還給我們準備了跑步禮包，早餐也比原來提前了一個小時，真的非常非常有心，下次來武漢還會入住星辰。

出差選的辦公地附近酒店，酒店出行很方便，衞生乾淨整潔，早餐種類很豐富，很好吃，最亮眼的還是酒店服務真的很好，入住當天晚上因樓下搬運裝修雜物聲音很響，聯繫前台後，立馬就去交涉，聲音小了很多，第二天也及時更換對面的房間，行李都是前台協助搬過去的；走的時候忘帶充電器，也很快聯繫到我幫忙快遞回來了；感謝，下次出差還會選這家

來武漢旅遊入住星程酒店（小童醫院店）非常不錯，出行交通方便，離地鐵站也近，前台小哥哥服務很貼心，還送了小零食，並且還給贈送了早餐，我們訂的是套房，房型不大，但非常乾淨，每間房都有窗户，光線很好，稍微欠缺就是房子的隔音效果不是非常好，酒店其他方面都很不錯，早餐也很好吃，服務也很到位，性價比高，下次來還會住這裏

設施：有洗衣和烘乾的服務，洗衣房看着很乾凈
衞生：房間衞生乾淨，因為住了2晚，中間做了一次保潔，做的很仔細認真
