When we check in at hotel the receptionist ask us to pay saying that they didn't get payment from trip.com and said that trip.com is not their partner. Haha

Location of this hotel is big concern especially when you are reaching there in night. Won’t recommend for family, if you are budget traveler then it’s just ok.

天河機場接送機服務:還可以，一起拼車的，就是空調剛開始有點冷，後半夜就熱了，後勁有點久了一點。我們還在周邊吃了夜宵，味道還可以，價格也一般般吧，不過周邊這個價格算可以了，還行

很垃圾，進門就會一股刺鼻味道，前台服務員態度很差勁，極其惡劣，不建議入住，這個價格可以選擇更好的住處，可以看一下二號網上的其他房子，而且並不是兩公里，是接近八公里了

衞生：衞生巾還有條用過的毛巾放一邊，濕噠噠的……
環境：不知道怎麼形容，大致就是，能住住，晚上和白天那個飛機的聲音會震耳欲聾！
服務：有接機服務，挺好的！
