此店在居民小區內，周圍I日房翻修，需繞行找小區入口，周圍噪音大，旅館房間5平方左右，無窗，衹有一個噪音大的風扇，房間白天也是老黑一片，老闆服務態度有待提高，因本人有事未入住，經高議，也不肯退房租租，

一層走道開窗，房間空調下面剛好有個房間唯一桌子，空調未使用（斷電狀況），就是老滴水，啥都不能放。衞生間洗澡，水流到了床邊，床上還有蚊子🦟痕跡。
