到點後説免費給我們升級一個帶麻將桌的房間，我説了不打麻將然後前台説是免費升級的，我説那我看看再説吧，結果一看就是一個設施老舊一股黴味地板都爛了的房間，我要求換回我預訂的那個房間，前台勉為其難的換了，結果上去再一看也不咋地和我預訂的沒有半毛錢關係，地上還有垃圾，床墊也是爛凹進去，床單也是黃的，再次詢問前台她説那是他們經理休息的房間，而且沒有其他房間給我換了，我説所以説我預訂的房間和實際房間就是不相符的是嗎，她説是的，網上房間的圖片沒有更新，真的是呵呵了四百塊錢就給這樣的房間給顧客。大家預訂的話選個最便宜的就可以了，反正住的和預訂的也不一定是一個，還會找各種理由搪塞，隔音也是很差，保潔阿姨在外面輕聲説話都聽的一清二楚，實在是差差差！

第一次預訂這家，離火車站很近，到周邊的娛樂景點也都很方便，感覺位置還挺好的，預訂的房間有陽台和窗户，空間很開闊給人感覺很舒適，介紹景點和辦理入住服務都很熱情，下次來武漢還會選擇這家

酒店設施一般，衞生狀況也不行，隔音太差勁。前台客服服務不行，讓前台安排人員送幾瓶飲用水，上來的那位先生繃著臉，向我欠他錢似的一臉不情願。下次不會再入住，服務太差勁。
