首先這個房間的房型和網絡上預訂價格不一樣。把特惠房間的圖片換成和豪華房間的圖片一樣。讓我們以為房間這純純**大晚上到啦之後我預訂的特惠大床房説沒有了給我換了一個房間。我覺得換房間總的換一個差不多的吧給我換了一個麻將房。麻將房床是單人床兩人都住不了。一打開門煙味重。環境臟亂差不説廁所都是臟的根本沒有打掃乾淨吹風機沒有拖鞋沒有什麼都沒有。老闆還説還不想給我住麻將房沒辦法才給我住。我也不想住啊搞笑其次晚上有打麻將的。很吵根本睡不着第二天再換回特惠房間然後特惠房間還是沒有房間也讓我加價錢換成豪華大床房才能換。沒辦法衹能加錢。結果豪華大床房。也不是很OK。所謂的大床就是兩個單人床拼在一起。充電插頭那些不方便。好好好相當於花了300塊住了一個標間圖一是酒店首頁的特惠房間圖片圖二是換的麻將房圖三是我加錢換的大床房

非常非常非常非常非常差。本來定的是三人間，結果去了前台説沒有三人間了，別人還沒退房，説給我們一個雙人間，一個單間，沒想到還要我們補錢。像這種情況我在別的酒店也遇到過，別人都是處理的很好，沒有説讓我們再補錢的，我搞不懂為什麼酒店的過錯要我們來買單，既然沒有三人間，那為什麼還掛上攜程來賣。
