服務：老闆，老闆娘，義工熱情都很一般般，沒有網上宣傳的那麼熱情。
活動：宣傳的免費煙花（就一塊類似打鐵花那種，要換仙女棒要收費）凍梨、萬壽山、潑水成冰、特色服裝直到臨走時也沒有人提到怎麼玩怎麼搞。看到別人家客棧玩的可開心了🥳，那叫一個羨慕。
房間：窗户半夜温差大會漏水，熱水説是全天供應，但是我們入住的第一晚卻説要五點後才有熱水。因為漏水問題，我們一大早六點多就説要換房間，出去玩回來的時候給我們換了離大廳非常近的房間，非常吵！外面在唱歌聽的非常清楚，想要換房，得到的反饋是説人滿…
其他：義工很多，分工很多，業務非常不熟悉，問一個事情需要等待Ta再去問別人才能得到反饋。
吃：第一天吃的尖椒炒肉和酸菜燉粉條好吃，第二天又點了一份東北家常燉，明明菜單寫的是排骨，上菜卻是超級無敵肥的五花肉，問了老闆娘説沒有殺豬就沒有排骨。那是不是應該先提醒一下，而不是換了主菜還收一樣的價格。
當天跟店裡預訂了明天去玩的時候想要店裡的義工一起陪玩，答應的好好的。隔天要出發的時候問到説玩的地方不一定給進去，再就是義工也鴿了我，他同事去叫他起床説他不舒服，至今我們已經退房了，沒有得到這位義工的一句回覆。
關於預訂回哈爾濱的車，明明前天晚上就在羣裏預訂好付了款，臨走車來卻説我們沒有訂上，一大早的鬧心。
總之體驗感直線下降，沒有第二次了。

汀了7點的車上山頂玩，居然一直等，還讓我們6點起床，早餐好差，後來一直不到，我們又12點車，後來催很久，老闆裝模作樣扮好人，話自己車我們上去，忽悠了我們，話車要熱，，又拖了十五分鐘，然後足足7點55分才來接我們上山，上山頂己經九點多，排隊坐摩託上山，然後山上玩的時間衹有一個鐘頭就又徒步下山，再坐40分鐘車到客棧，又怱忙吃了幾口杯麪，本來我們時間有限，又拖我們時間，非常差，明知我們趕時間，交了400元衹排隊玩了一個摩託車。下山和坐車又要一個半鍾，加上入去45分鐘太浪費了，他們以打包價走，其實上面就玩雪，和拍照就好了，其他不值得，滑雪工具又差。見到其他團的服務比我們好多了。總體這次訂錯了這個客棧，老闆做事衹敷衍，晚上吃飯也味差。烤魚什麼水平也沒，魚還沒洗乾淨，燒完隨便塗點將上去。

房間簡直像是臨時搭出來了，門上還有洞，完全沒有隔音可言，説是可住四人，被子卻是單人被，窗户還漏風，一晚上沒睡好，完全對不起這四百多一晚的價格，避雷、避雷、避雷

乾淨！整潔！店家特別熱情！屋子裡已經在燒炕了，炕上熱乎乎的，一點也不會冷，晚上還和店裡的義工小朋友一起烤橘子吃。
設施：毛巾，沐浴液，洗髮水，吹風機，水壺都是新的

客棧環境很有東北味，房間很乾凈衞生，沒有可挑剔的地方，也是感受到了東北大炕温暖的強度了，晚上睡覺根本不怕冷醒，短袖短褲完全可以安排。客棧裏的幫手都很年輕，早上自己嘗試攤餅吃，也是把我主廚的位置變成了幫廚哈哈，青春感十足，服務足夠熱情，還主動幫我拍照啥的。挺不錯的👍🏻，有機會再來玩。最後一張圖捕捉到客棧的兩衹小可愛👋🏻

缺點：有一個房間不知道是下水道漏水還是什麼，一開門就一股特沖的味道，剛吃完飯進去真是差點吐出來，窗户還封住了，不透氣，吃的東西也一般般（如圖）
優點：老闆提供了免費的暖寶寶，張經理很好説話，晚上大家一起在門口玩潑水成冰，氣氛很好。
總結：整體來説沒有網上宣傳的那麼好，主要是環境和衞生真應該加強一下，乾淨衞生才是做酒店的根本。

老畢客棧是酒吧、餐飲、住宿、温泉為一體的民宿。
【環境】
在雪谷玩了一整天之後、下山便看到了一家燈火通明的民宿，推開門映入眼簾的是一個大舞台：專業的音響、燈光、甚至還配備有專業的調音台。
進入環顧四周；東北特色的花棉襖、完整的動物毛皮；藏似的壁畫；上面還有十分創意的傘懸掛在上面。
【服務】
老班和店裡的義工很熱情、在這裏似乎到了好朋友家裡，我們一起吃飯、喝酒嘮嗑；帶着我們唱歌（還可以直接在老闆自己的直播間現場連接👀）
酒足飯飽之後我們在外面放起了煙花🎆、還幫忙拍攝網紅煙花。
【房間】
來東北那肯定住火炕房啊！床鋪被柴火燒的熱乎乎的，進入被窩看着遠離城市才有的整片星空。
