The person who greeted me at the front desk was such a delight and I'm upset I forgot her name. She set the tone!!
Everything was comfortable, very clean, and well thought out. Also so appreciative you all had single serve almond milk at breakfast for us lactose intolerant folks!! Thank you!!

Brand new and very clean. Great service at Front desk. Breakfast was awesome. Only complaint was TV apps did not work half the time. Had to keep restarting apps and tv. Very annoying when you are just trying to relax after a long day on the road.

I have never had a more extraordinary hotel stay in my life!!! I'd first like to thank Shanell (the Front Desk Attendant) for going above and beyond in their efforts to accommodate my travel needs. I was arriving after a week-long business trip, and I didn't have any clean clothes to wear. The on-site laundry services were temporarily unavailable, and so Shanell went so far as to contact management and get their approval for me to utilize their industrial machines. Thanks to Shanell, I had clean clothes and was able to attend business looking my best. Moreover, Ms. Adrian assisted me by making sure I had enough to eat during breakfast. She made me pancakes and helped me locate the butter, syrup (and more pancakes)! Thank you so SO much to the Hilton team for making my stay memorable, heartfelt and fun 💙💙💙

We normally stay at Hamptons but have been increasingly disappointed. We decided to try Tru because of the ratings and the price, and it did not let us down. It’s modern so it lacks some of the cozy elements, but it was clean and well managed. 10/10 will be back again when passing through.

I booked this one night stay on Orbitz it stated the room was $84 a night and pet friendly nothing about a fee, or any fees!
When I reached the hotel and went to check in with my elderly Mother, Clerk told me it was $91 plus andvfee of $25 plus a pet fee of $75!! ! It was late my elderly semi handicap Mother was ready to crash...I litterly had no other options! And they weren't at all helpful. My Mother has difficulty walking long distances and the room was 205 quite a walk after elevator ride. Completely disappointed that they didnt care was online!

Hotel was clean. Check in was a breeze. Breakfast was not stocked sufficiently. The coffee was terrible you could see right thru it. The granola was tasty. One concern of ours was it appeared a homeless older women was helping herself to all the items for guests . Although it was not a problem,I do wonder how secure the hotel actually is . The night before we did go out for dinner and we were back by 6 pm and no one was at the desk and the door was wide open. Something to look into

Disappointing for a Hilton. Stayed for a week. Room was never cleaned. Very low water pressure. Tiny room. Front desk was extremely rude several times. I won’t be staying at a Hilton again.
