We were really looking forward to our short break at the Natur & Spa Resort Allgäu. Unfortunately, our joy was greatly dampened when we arrived - the reality does not correspond at all to the resort's website. No room service (must be booked separately), hardly any information, buffet food at a low level, no accommodation for questions or expressed wishes. The complex has so much potential - with this management, however, we unfortunately do not see any positive development or future. A pity.
