Property was obviously undergoing a spruce-up but was clean and functional. Nice Exercise Room but disappointed that the pool wasn't open.
I really appreciate the breakfast offering and all-day coffee.
Had a great chat with Frank at late check-in (very personable and helpful).
Room was super clean and comfortable with decent amenities for a short stay.

The room was IMMACULATE! Despite being right next to the elevator (where I never stay), it was QUIET! Other than the check-in staff, the staff was super friendly. The check-in staff had VERY POOR English skills and caused frustration twice. The stand out feedback though is "Your hotel had the ABSOLUTE BEST BREAKFAST I HAVE EVER HAD from Alaska to Florida! And.. I travel alot. Keep it up and I will go out of my way to come back.

We've stayed at this property in the past and were usually pleased. During this visit we had a few issues with the bathroom. The shower/bath water pressure was "acceptable", but the water temperature was luke warm at best!! Additionally, the Shower Gel bottle was missing, and there was no shower bar soap available. None of these items are a deal breaker, but they certainly warrant a downgrade of previous ratings of this property.

The breakfast was good, but the cleanliness of my room was not. the surfaces were not cleaned before we checked in. The room also smelled like dirty laundry.

The room was beautiful and we loved the blackout window shades. However, the room set-up/design was awkward with the sink outside and separate from the bathroom room, and the air conditioner was terribly noisy. We finally had to turn it off to get some sleep.

We reserved a room for our family of 5 to have two double beds and a pull out sofa. This was not available per staff, who was kind enough to offer a king bed and pull out sofa in a room that had not been updated.
Our original room layout was not ideal. The toilet/shower area door barely clears the toilet making it difficult to have enter and exit and you cannot leave a towel on the floor.
The room mirror is place in front of the bed in a wall space that requires you to turn sideways to clear the area. This design was not well considered. There was 1 chair for sitting, not including the round table and chairs.
