攜帶小型寵物（泰迪狗）另收取服務費200元，但在住店過程中並未體現出對寵物任何服務。早晨7點30時，顧客提出想將自帶的小狗食物（冷凍雞腿）水煮一下，廚房服務人員態度極其惡劣，不耐煩的推脱説住店客人的早飯都來不及做，沒空加熱（當時餐廳根本就沒有其它客人）。

設施：非常乾淨齊全，一次性用品很充足，連洗臉巾、馬桶墊也都準備了，還有小冰箱
衞生：各個角落都很乾凈
環境：很喜歡整個房間的設計，非常有味道
服務：雖然是颱風天入住，管家嗎的服務也非常nice，入住時有提供甜點水果，晚間有冰粉，早上也會根據你的預訂時間按時送早餐
他家也有廚師可以訂晚餐的～總體感覺很棒，會回住。

溪山外 溪谷。跨過一小排碇步，人已經開始歡喜。山間的水是鮮活的，跳躍的，順着山勢在各家屋門前招呼，小水珠雖然鬧騰卻濕不了行人的腳，打個彎兒玩去了～～心便被拉開敞亮了。
在春天的綠意裏爬幾級台階，到了。別有洞天，一直就是形容一門之隔的截然不同。
剛開始住的房在最外面，又因為院子裏有團建，於是我們便在屋子裡了，民宿衹窺得一斑，卻已甚是滿足。屋子很大，原本住四人的兩張床分鋪兩邊，一張落地窗邊，加一處燒火煮茶處；一張依窗鋪開，榻榻米一頭是書架，書架上的書不是擺設，細看看，品質很高。
房內，成了拍攝的好地兒，辦公室裏捨不得扔的花兒成了最棒的搭檔[偷笑][偷笑][偷笑]
過了一會兒，覺得屋內地漏有味兒，對管家提了兩句。沒一會兒，穿着皮鞋本正乾著活的老闆娘親自來了。圍裙遮不住白皙皮膚老闆娘的靜美，她站在門口，不質疑我們，衹説：我們今天還有一個房空着，你們可以搬過去，當然，今晚，這兩個房都是你們的～～～我驚呆了，所以執意讓老闆娘進來聞聞，以證我們不是來訛的[偷笑][偷笑][偷笑][偷笑][偷笑][偷笑][偷笑]
老闆娘帶我們去看另一房，就徹底愛上了這地兒。院兒不大，一個敞着的料理台，枱麪很大很大，確是好乾活的[偷笑][偷笑]邊上是早餐晚餐的餐廳吧。院裏一個泳池，裏面有流行一時的透明小船，簡單質樸，卻不隨便粗糙，格調在開放的空間裏流淌。
第二個房，也讓人愛。在泳池上邊兒，落地窗直對院子，另一側有自己獨立的小院，外面山間的樟樹枝葉正在春天出逃至此，在微風裡不緊不慢地搖着。

第一次來温州，朋友推薦入住溪山外，管家小哥和主理人都是熱情款待，從入住時的房間介紹，用餐，離店，完美銜接。你好像不是去一個陌生的城市，而且是久別重逢的老友家中。讓你充滿安全感，親切感。真真是個週末小逃離，逃離城市喧囂的好地方，用什麼語言去形容都是匱乏的，早晚的溪山外，陰雨天的溪山外我相信都不盡相同，各有滋味。房間的各種佈置充滿温馨驚喜貼心，精心佈置的迷你吧，房間的香薰茶具水果投影以及音響，有温度的手寫歡迎信.......處處可見整個溪山外團隊的用心與熱愛，美中不足之處就是待得時間太有限。絕對要再來！

送的早餐全素，哦不能這麼講因為有個蛋。
送的夜宵是粥和番薯大概是來吃素齋的吧。
問有沒有晚飯，説臨近過年衹提供到五點，叫我們自己點外賣哦。
又因為臨近過年沒有員工，所以也沒有篝火晚會。
房間被子非常薄，開了熱空調都覺得冷，第二天睡感冒了。
洗浴用品、毛巾、吹風機都很low。
房間的地板衹要走動就會滋滋嘎嘎地響，兩個人住完全沒辦法好好休息。
某些平台的照片衹是照騙而已。
總而言之，性價比極低的民宿，體驗感極差。

週末和姐妹聚會，一進門就被這家民宿收心了，簡直太美了，四人間的佈置簡直不要太喜歡！民宿門票還有一個小溪，水不深，特別清澈，很適合一家人過來度假，過週末。民宿的每一塊佈置都很別緻，處處都是風景，還有很多的書籍，看得出，老闆是個文化人，喜歡看書。民宿的小哥哥小姐姐也特別好，剛到就幫忙搬行李，還一起喝酒聊天，很有親和力，這也是我喜歡民宿，而不是酒店的原因吧，住下就很有家的感覺！下次來温州，一定還會選擇這家民宿，100分推薦！
