套房房型不錯位置也好，看見威海公園感覺全是🎈
hhh，設施硬件一般但軟件不錯。在東營住過兩次藍海感覺很好就選了威海藍海 。酒店即使是五一期間服務依然很妥帖，前台效率高，客房服務響應快，衞生清掃及時，小禮物實用貼心，早餐供應充足不等位。

一共三點
第一，早餐咖啡機加奶問題，穿紫色花馬甲的酒店服務生態度惡劣，奶泡打不出來，還跟我們客户互相忒，態度極其惡劣，吃完也去找門口男領班投訴，男領班也糊弄事，也不問是誰，態度敷衍，對於問題根本沒有實質的解決方法。
第二，早餐煮麪條廚師帶着有色眼鏡看遊客，邊煮麪條邊和周圍其他廚師同事閑聊天，這幫遊客趕快走吧，真累，也就在忙一天了，五月五號估計就沒人了。然後不好好煮麪條，麪條特別硬沒煮熟，就像九點半趕着下班一樣，一下煮出來一堆也沒煮熟，吃完肚子就壞了。
第三，房間門的反鎖裝置生銹不好用，我們晚上用反鎖裝置把門鎖上了，結果有人敲門想開門時再也打不開了，特別老舊生銹，後來交來維修的，想想都後怕，這要是由於反鎖把自己困住，高空十多層着火跑都跑不了。
五一來威海旅遊住當地所謂的高端酒店，真是失望透頂，以後不會來了，普通快捷酒店都不會這樣服務，真是不知道是威海高端酒店都這德行還是衹有藍海這樣，無語！

衞生：乾淨整潔
環境：酒店對面就是大相框，離劉公島、韓樂坊比較近，打車出行很方便。
服務：前台員工很熱情，禮賓主動幫忙拉行李。送了歡迎水果，還贈送了孩子的早餐。推薦入住。

外環境是不錯的，海景房19樓開窗就可以看到大相框，下樓去附近逛都是很方便的。周邊很方便。
但是很不滿意，希望改進一下：1、辦理入住帶着倆孩子和長者就在大廳等了十幾分鍾，就開了兩個口辦理，並且毫無服務，從外地開車坐一路很累就一直在大廳站着等。2、自助餐是旅遊一週吃過最差最難吃的一家。青菜豆角里有頭髮（不知道是不是客人加菜掉的，但是超級噁心）。早餐自助菜温良不熱，沒鹹味沒味道，菜品扔掉了浪費很多，實在無法下嚥。服務員就是面無表情忙碌的在你身邊推着清潔車亂七八糟收拾位置。3、房間清潔度有待提高，帶孩子用的自己的床品。
