I’ve been here twice now. I love the location and how close it is to wintergreen resort. Cleanliness could be improved, but overall I would stay here again.

The room was cold when I got in it. There was like a 1- 1 1/2 inch crack/space under the door letting in the cold air from outside. I had to use a towel folded in half to block the air.
The two people at the counter when I arrived were BOTH very rude. The lady didn't even speak to me at all and the guy acted like he didn't want to be there, never the less, take care of my reservation.
I WILL NOT be reserving a room there, EVER AGAIN.

There is a lot of places around to shop and eat at. Some of the staff I’d friendly the manager is not.

Poor customer service, understaffed, keys stopped working every day (sometimes multiple times a day), dirty towels were left in dresser drawers, TV reception was awful, door didn’t seal well. You get what you pay for I guess, but certainly not a great experience by any means.

We had 2 rooms:
1. Both room key cards stopped working and had to be replaced at least 3 times
2. 3 bath towels between both rooms for 5 people…had to make 5 trips to office to get 2 more and didn’t get them til the second night (our last night)
3. Floor filthy…walked from bed to bath in white socks that were filthy brown when I returned to bed.
4. B-fast just ok. Picture of waffle iron on website…but waffles not part of the b-fast.
5. Thin walls…hear neighbors toilets flushing
6. Drawers filthy…did not use for clothes.
7. Serious condensation on window…water dripping down wall, leaving puddles on floor

Clean rooms, friendly staff. They upgraded rooms with wood flooring. Comfortable bed and room was clean. Good weekend or overnight place to enjoy local wineries.

Room was nice and clean ,TV didn’t work .Ask for maintenance guy to take a look .Never showed up .They were very corroborate to move us to a room 2 doors down where TV worked .Free breakfast was a joke .Yogurt ,bananas,apples toast .
