Beautiful Experience!!

We went for my wife's birthday, they upgraded our room and even took care of special requests really well. I was pleasantly surprised with their efforts! The weekend buffets had great variety and tasted really good

Beautiful property, excellent service. It was our Anniversary and they did everything to make us feel special. Upgraded our room twice so we experience different aspects of the property which was a great surprise. Food was excellent. Worth a visit if you want to relax.

There is nothing that I could say was not alright. Everything was just fabulous. Except I really feel every khazana store should have regional gifts that can be bought. Rather then all usual stuff. The staff & chefs take extra care to communicate to people & discuss food. It was such a nice conversation that we had with Mr Sajji the GM & came to know all about the history of the hotel.

The stay at Taj Wayanad Hotel was exceptional! The luxurious amenities, great service, and stunning surroundings made for an unforgettable experience. Recommend it for anyone seeking a perfect getaway. Chef Mr. Nilesh at the hotel served outstanding food during our stay! His culinary skills and creativity were truly impressive. Our thanks to Mr Nirav also for great service.

Good stay. Location is great. Beautiful view of Banasura dam from the room balconies. Food was delicious. Chef Rajmohan, restaurant ***ager Nirav and team made sure we were never short of food options throughout our trip. Overall had a great time.

The location of the hotel is very beautiful (and the occasional shower and the resulting breeze made the stay more pleasant). The lawns, yoga pavilion, swimming pool and other outdoor areas are very well maintained. The Room itself was quite nice with a small balcony overlooking the reservoir. So, the view from the Room was lovely. The bathroom, the shower and the accessories were all top class. A minor irritant was that because the bed was a four poster bed, it blocked the view of the TV which was on one side. The dressing mirror in the Room could do with a light fixture right above the mirror. But that's a minor thing. The food at both the restaurants, Shamiana and Southern Spice was good. The service was top class. The entire staff was extremely polite; helpful and looked after everyone very well. We must specifically mention Chef Rajmohan and Nirav Thakkar who went out of their way in suggesting various options that we might like including the authentic Kerala cuisine and really looked after us. Aamir, Uma (hope we've got the names right) and the ***ager (food and beverage) at Shamiana (hope we've got the designation right) were also very helpful. The view from the Roof-top bar is just fantastic and one must visit the bar even if only for the view. All in all we had a very relaxed and memorable stay . Pinky Shah

On d occasion of my fist marriage anniversary visited Taj Waynad .. it’s been an amazing experience.. staffs are very humble and down to earth .. hospitality industries should learn from Taj staff how to give service to guests. Mr.Kaverappa from front desk beautifully arranged a simple decorations for the right occasion which made us surprised 😮 for a moment . 🎈🎈👍🏿👌

Visited the Taj Wayanad property last week. Had a wonderful stay with my family. Amazing stay, fantastic hospitality, delicious food spread, I can go on and on. Special mention about Kaverappa of front office, he was very hospitable and took us around the entire property and explained all services in detail. Also helped me coordinate a surprise birthday cake for my wife. He was very helpful. All staffs were very courteous and hospitable. A memorable stay at Taj!
