Four Seasons Hotel Washington, D.C.

For the second year in a row I attended a conference at the Four Seasons Washington DC. The service is unparalleled. The room was immaculate and while conference food can sometimes be lacking, the food at the Four Seasons was delicious. Despite the gym being relocated during renovations, even the temporary space far exceeded my expectations and was still much nicer than most hotel gyms. From check-in to check-out the experience was terrific. Would highly recommend.

An amazing experience from being greeted at the entrance and front desk to the time we said goodbye. The hotel is in a great location if you're interested in Georgetown. Rooms and staff are simply first-rate. And that BED! The famous Four Seasons bed and bedding ..simply bliss. This was my first stay at a Four Seasons, but it will be my first choice from now on.

We just returned from a 4 night stay -- there are simply not enough superlatives to adequately express our appreciation for every member of the warm and welcoming staff. Talk about being made to feel like you were family and at home ! A great location - large rooms filled with comfortable furniture a great bed, fabulous amenities and "quiet".. It surely checks all the boxes. It is evident that the standard across the board is "Excellence Plus" we look forward to our next trip to DC as we know where we will be staying!

I stopped here on the way hone from a day trip to VA. The hotel and staff far surpassed my expectations.

They always take care of details and requests. Not this time around. Something was off with the staff. At check in they asked me if my daughter likes chocolate and cookies, they never delivered anything. I requested for slippers and a bathrobe for a 4 year old, they delivered a teenager’s set. :( I never had to request these things, the staff would always take care of these things without me requesting. The pool was not in service. My daughter was super disappointed.

the rooms are very big and well maintained. The services are at high level. The only negative is that is Georgetown and if you came just for a short visit for museums and Capitol is a bit inconvenient.
