Shower head was dirty with built up gunk which we cleaned off before our shower. Fridge was also making loud noises throughout the entire night. Sounded like a knocking sound all night and day. But overall the rest of the stay was nice.

Lovely industrial decor with style. Lucy at the restaurant gave us some good tips on best beaches to visit.
The shower curtain doesnt prevent the water to go on the floor (you have to wipe the floor everytime your shower. A/C was not working but got fix during our stay.

This is my third time staying here. I have never had one single problem. Everything was great as always. This stay was even more special, I had the great Herbie Hancock staying two doors down from me. I came to see me at the Newport Jazz Festival, but it was better shaking his hand and meeting him in person.

This place was wonderful. After having a very bad experience at EconoLodge, it was a pleasure to be here. The staff was especially helpful. Since our room was on the 4th floor and there were no baggage carts available, the manager herself helped us carry up all our bags, making two trips. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I have stayed here before. It is quiet and very comfortable and across from a shopping mall where I enjoyed shopping.

The staff could not have been nicer. Unfortunately, the air conditioning was excessively loud and rattled and their wasn't a light by one side of the king bed. Ordered an arugula salad and it was so heavily salted I couldn't eat it.

Overall, I would say the theme of "industrial chic" has missed the point here. The place was cold, sterile and basically not comfortable. I would not stay here again. The staff, however, deserve gratitude for their professionalism and competence. The restaurant/bar needs help to improve service timeliness.
