I visited Warth for skiing and stayed in the Walserberg Hotel with my family. Our stay was comfortable and pleasant, we liked in the Hotel everything: really nice atmosphere, cleaned and tidy room, friendly personal and amazing food. Our regards to the Chef! Our gratitude to everyone who made our stay so cozy and pleasant!

We have just returned after a wonderful stay at this hotel, the food and hospitality were first class. The rooms were lovely and the staff were flexible in moving our daughter to a room closer to to the rest of the family. The gentleman on reception was particularly helpful in supplying Eucalyptus oil for our sauna in the Wellness Room (I had a bad cold and it really helped.). The breakfasts were amazing and the breads baked at the on site bakery were superb. The five course dinner was varied and interesting, always with the option of a pizza from their pizzeria. Towards the end of the stay the service slowed down a bit and so we ended up eating later than we'd have liked. There was a spa and wellness area with various types of sauna rooms. We were actually in the Wellness Suite so we had our own sauna which was a lovely bonus.

We didn't stay in the Walserberg Hotel; we were at the Pure Resort, but we had a fabulous take away pizza and beer from the Walserberg. Utterly delicious. I wanted also to say how helpful the staff were to us, particularly Thomas. Our transfer vehicle had a flat battery and the Pure Resort was totally useless. In desperation we rang around other hotels for help and Thomas stepped up to help us out. He made a load of phone calls and managed to source a taxi for us all at 05.30 in the morning. An absolute hero. We will defo be staying at the Walserberg Hotel the next time we are in lovely Warth. Thank you Thomas.

If you book that hotel, be sure you will go! Their cancellation policy is the most outrageous I have seen for hotels (I had a cancellable price, not a 100% non cancellable price of course!). They charge 70% of the price for cancellation two weeks in advance. I cannot remember any hotel where I have been charged such a high price. (and of course I checked a bit later whether they had rooms available for the same week-end, and the hotel was full - easy money for the hotel!). For the rest, since I had to cancel, I don't know how the hotel is. But for sure I will never book it again!

Quaint medium sized boutique hotel, 2 min from skiing. We booked the romantic suite with bath, and room was bigger than expected. We also had fantastic views. The half board included fantastic dinner and breakfast with great service. Food options are limited, but with the buffet and 5 courses there was always plenty to eat. Across the street is the dorfbahn with quick access to the slopes. Warth is a more advanced ski area, but you can bus to/from jarlsberg. The spa area is extensive with clothing optional as is normal in this region. The massages were also very good. Overall a beautiful hotel in a beautiful area. Note that about 60% off the staff speak English, and menus are in English and German, although some of the translations are a little rough. We did find the rest of the area to be less multilingual than Zermatt.

We had moved into an apartment in Warth and used the pizza service from Hotel Walserberg (order - pick up). The pizzas are expensive (approx. €20.00/pizza), small, hard and tasteless. I don't want to judge the hotel here: the hotel looks very sophisticated and attractive. The service also seemed very nice.

We booked a four-day stay and enjoyed the warm family atmosphere. Despite the energy crisis, it was nice and warm everywhere. The 'warm' family atmosphere can therefore also be taken literally. Breakfast and dinner were taken care of. The room was spacious and light, although we prefer a lockable bathroom.

Im Hotel Walserberg passt alles. Wir kommen seit über 15 Jahren jedes Jahr zum Schiurlaub nach Warth und unser Lager schlagen wir immer im Walserberg auf. Das familiengeführte Hotel überzeugt mit Allem. Alle Mitarbeiter.innen sind freundlich, nett und zuvorkommend und man ist sehr darauf bedacht, dass der Gast sich wohl fühlt. Die Küche lässt keine Wünsche offen. Mit Michelle und Simon hat die junge Generation das Ruder sozusagen übernommen und steht der vorherigen Generation in nichts nach. Im Winter hat man, seitdem es die Dorfbahn gibt, nur einen Katzensprung bis auf die Piste. Wir empfehlen jedem das Hotel weiter, der das Gefühl haben möchte als Gast gewertschätzt zu werden. Weiter so liebe Familie Walch.
