This location is just outside the airport gate ( a literal 4 min drive) The hotel and rooms were spotless. The staff were very friendly and helped with logistics on getting to the right train stations and areas to go too Rooms are smaller then American rooms, but larger then most euro rooms. They don’t have bathtubs only showers The water pressure and amount of hot water was great Internet was very strong and never dropped when I was using it They provide two bottles of water per day The buffet breakfast was always full and was very good They have a small bar for nightcaps / beer Free rides to the airport Downside. No food walking distance Overall amazing choice

It's quite close to the airport. Although I was in transit in Warsaw, I had to stay overnight for a Schengen visa. Generally speaking, it exceeded expectations! Because I had an early flight the next day, the reception said that there was no shuttle bus that early. In fact, the attitude of normal European hotels is like this, but he then said that they can arrange a taxi for free. fee! The next morning the driver arrived 15 minutes early, boarded the car and reported the room number and sent it to the airport! Everything was great, especially the amenities with many restaurants, bars, a spa, a gym... I have however to mention that the trainee receptionist who checked me out was not particularly friendly. She told me I could not use the gym after checking out. This is very surprising in an airport hotel - far from the city - where many people will have to wait for their afternoon or evening flight long after checking out. Thankfully I asked again to another staff in the afternoon, who was more than happy to give me access to the gym. I would therefore recommend that the trainee in question improves her hospitality skills.

I stayed recently at the hotel for the timeframe of mid-march 2022, and enjoyed the food (loved the artichoke pasta dishes and the turkey club sandwich with bacon), and the hospitality. For us English speaking folks, it was very easy to communicate with the staff, both at the front desk, and with the bar / wait staff. The staff was respectful, and were willing to help you with any reasonable request. From assisting me with booking train tickets on my laptop for local trips, to scheduling COVID testing for my flight home. The staff was very friendly and considering the present environment was very generous with their time. I would go back in a heartbeat, as it is close to a local grocery store, their rooms have a large safe, easy to accommodate a laptop, and a small refrigerator. The rooms are relatively sound proof, so if you are mostly active at night vs. the day sleeping during daylight hours this is not an issue. If you do go to the local grocery store, just a reminder, you need to bring your own bags, and you have bag all the items your self, not typically something you see in the US. Everyone in the area walks everywhere, so there are distinct walking paths vs. bicycling paths, and all pedestrians have the right of way in the cross walks. That being said, situational awareness is key, as vehicle speeding signs are mostly a suggestion rather than the rule. Folks park on the sidewalks, as no one parks on the street. Almost no one except for tourists walk with their phones out, as locals keep a good eye on vehicles and fellow pedestrians. Overall I would like to thank the staff for the generosity, and help with some of the simple tasks that I found challenging due to the language barrier, overall making my trip a success. Thank you for everything!

I organized a consolation at the hotel restaurant a few days ago for 36 people. I ... I usually do not write reviews, but not this time. Everything, from contacting the person responsible for the acceptance of the order and agreeing on the details, to the final formalities (settlement) was done at the highest level. A place prepared for reception under the agreement, clean pants, comfortable tapicer chairs, and this is food. Lace with peas licking, flesh mellow and delicious, dried tomato sauce delicate and well-composed, potatoes baked perfectly, delicious cakes. Not only was the raising satisfied, but also my stomach, which is proof to me that the food was not chemistry. Lobby, toilets and generally delicious interiors and encouraging to spend time. and a decent price, not from space. I highly recommend everyone looking for a place to organize dinner.

Communion 2020 at Hotel LORD. Food OK, room decor OK. However, despite the previous setting with the hotel manager, the menu was given a cheaper salad from the set, although the menu was bought more expensive. In addition, the party handler gave the children the wrong soup that was set before (only after paying attention the rest of the children brought the right soup). In the middle of the reception the handler approached the guests without a mask!!!! After the party was finished, a parking lot was counted different than the amount it was fixed for cars (I tried to explain it in the reception but you said you didn't know what time the cars arrived, Although the parking ticket is charged at the entrance, I cannot count as much as the parking rate was fixed in the reception agreement (I will add that the parking rate was daily rather than hourly .....) Another minus - for alcohol fees. With you the event manager, the amounts for the alcohol received were fixed, and the manager also started to count bottles of wine without alcohol (which I had previously fixed with you the manager as free of charge) And when I pointed to the manager, he said that your manager is not aware of this and should not be so determined. I, as a customer, should not care about the internal clashes of the hotel staff, it does not look professional. In conclusion - more minus than pluses. In my plans I was going to have another family party in this hotel but after the communal reception I find that there were too many derogations from the arrangements and attempts to draw me on extra costs: (It was a pity because I expected more after the 4-star hotel, at least after the service (except the cook who got a medal).

First of all the hotel look fresh nd modern but they are very dirty plus air condition os very cold and if being using the room.become freezer.
