Wish it was an overall better experience

Everything was OK an great service would definitely recommend an stay again

Could not get clean sheets.

My original room was dirty, drawers were missing out of the dresser. The floors were filthy and food was on the nightstand and the pillows were extra small, like couch pillows. They switched the room and it only had 2 pillows, burn holes in the cover and pillow case. There was no iron n the blow dryer didnt work I will NEVER stay there again

Well the it was about 15 minutes before the attendant got to the front desk and it was well after 3:00 p.m. when I got there the room was absolutely horrible while the attendant was very nice the room definitely needs to be upgraded that room shouldn't even be printed out to anyone the paint was chipping and cracking on the ceiling and the walls in the bathroom the room just looks very very low budget and I know it's the Red roof inn but I have stayed at some nice Red roof inns I did call about switching the room because I wanted to inquire about a room with a microwave and refrigerator which is crazy to me because most hotels have microwaves and refrigerators included but I guess it is what it is I will say the area was pretty quiet but besides the attendant being nice and the area being quiet that's about it oh yeah and the TV stand had a big board screwed over it so I don't know what was behind there that was crazy to me the TV kept going out on stations so the amenities just were not up to par at all

Very disappointed! The dresser was missing a drawer the chair was all ripped up, some of the lights weren’t working. The towels were stained and old, the tv had a line going up and down, there was no garbage can and the bathroom door wouldn’t close properly and it seen better days. It looked like there was damaged to it and all they did was paint over it. Speaking of the bathroom we seen a cockroach when we turned the light on.

Water damage, nasty smell in rooms, furniture broken, bed linens were filthy and with hair. Stay away !!

Extremely run down - bathroom door was broken on both sides of door. Front door did not seal closed and could see the outside. Dryer was broken - horrible smell throughout room like stale cologne and cigarettes.

The first room they gave me was dirty but they were happy to give me a new room

Called for early check in. Called 3x. No answer. Got there early and they couldnt allow early check in. Got checked in..key cards didnt work. Drawers on dresser were broken. Shower temp dial broken. Bad stay.

I walking into the lobby and turned around. When check in is through a bulletproof window, it’s not a place i wish to stay at.

We entered the room, smelled a strong pee smell, saw several stains on the blankets, lots of dirt and dust on every piece of furniture, toilet paper stuck on the floor under the sink, and we left. Yep, we thought staying there overnight would have been a threat to our life and our health. Extremely unhygienic, unsanitary and unsafe.

DO NOT STAY HERE! There were no drawers in the room so we could not It put them up, had to get our own towels and take out the trash ourselves. No housekeeping. No supplies. The smoke alarm kept going off and there was no one to make it stop until the next day. The managers/owners are rarely there. No maintenance people on premises. It took three tries to get towels going to two different house keepers to get it. The tv was broken on the side. All you see is lines on the right side of the tv screen. The tub had a ***** of some type of covering on it to avoid cleaning it. Complaints are met with disdain by staff. Avoid ROOM 153 at this dump. Nothing good in there
