The hotel is really very good. The location is easy to find and Vienna is considered a chain hotel. The little girl at the front desk is very enthusiastic and the service attitude is very good. Manager Liu is very beautiful and warm and thoughtful. Breakfast is also good for me. The powder is delicious and the room is very comfortable. The mattress in Vienna is the best in the hotel I have slept in. The room is also very clean. The sanitation staff is very caring. 今天終於有空寫過來寫評價了，已經過去了十幾天了。這是我們第1次入住維也納酒店。作為一家經濟型快捷酒店，硬件還可以，但是服務意識太差了，尤其是管理者的素質不行。早上到餐廳吃早餐，我們請求拿到到房間吃，因為jn1新冠病毒正值流行的高峯期，而我們都是老年人，尤其本人患有嚴重的基礎疾病，所以平時特別注意防範。餐廳不僅人多，而且空間封閉。我們兩個人明確表示拿兩碗粉，兩個包子和兩個雞蛋，負責收餐券的女士本來同意了，旁邊餐桌上突然跳出來一個外表挺帥的小夥子，一邊吃着東西一邊態度傲慢語言生硬地大聲説，你們要帶走，就衹能拿兩個雞蛋。看他的德性我就知道遇上了一個什麼樣素質的人了，所以也不屑跟他糾纏，直接離開了餐廳。來到前台説要找他們酒店的負責人投訴，結果前台小姐姐打電話叫過來的居然就是那個外表帥氣的小夥子。我想，難道他就是酒店的負責人嗎？這也太悲催了吧！當然也有可能是餐廳的承包人。他還是之前的態度，我明白跟這種認知的人多説無益，於是就説我們不吃了就離開了。我們經常在外旅行，住過各種檔次的酒店賓館客棧民宿，新冠疫情流行以來這幾年，我們也常常把自助早餐帶回房間吃，甚至打電話請酒店把早餐送到房間，從未被拒絕過。為了驗證維也納酒店是否就是這種德性，我們離開萬安抵達深圳後仍然選擇了入住維也納酒店。在深圳的這家維也納酒店，第1天早餐時我們提出帶回房間吃，他們不僅沒有拒絕，還主動提供了打包用的一次性餐具，我當場便唏噓不已！
