Not really a resort ,Deluxe rooms are not what photos put on site...all rooms are worn out. Restaurant food and staff is good. Rooms and hotel not what as potrayed. Not maintained at all. Old taps, Bathrooms are very bad. Tiles , fittings all 20 yr old...rutsed...basin cracked...checked 4rooms for this. All same.

The rooms were just okay and the prices were as high as 5 star hotels. Further, even after booking and paying the final price from ***********, agoda and other websites, i was asked to pay 1000 rs per room early checkin charges. Definitely not a good hospitality.

I will never recommend this hotel to anyone as the staff is very rude and inexperienced. We had already booked a room on Agoda but during check-in they took almost an hour to allot our room. At first, they told us that we will get the keys in 5 mins. but they kept on lingering till an hour. They were ignorant and not at all concerned about their guests. I think they should hire an experienced and well behaved staff.
