Booked a room supposed to have 2 king size beds but turns out got only 1 king and 1 sofa. The room is well renovated with up scale furnishings. Air conditioning works well. Breakfast just very simple though. All-in-all a clean lovely hotel to recommend

We like this hotel, we still do but our latest stay (of 3) wasn’t what we hoped for. Booked months in advance a superior room, usually upstairs previous stays have been great, powerful air con and exceptional wi fi. On arrival we were told we’d been upgraded to a family room in the courtyard. This was dishonest, we’d been moved to accommodate a larger group booked into the hotel, the courtyard room number 2 had awful air conditioning and couldn’t connect to the WiFi. We reported this within an Hour of check in. But this ultimately wasn’t the room we booked nor was it the standard we hoped for. Disappointing actions by the hotel to turn loyal customers away from them. The hotel is nice, a good stop off location, but they need to make sure they honour the room booked don’t pretend other rooms are actual upgrades and make sure all rooms have the same level of amenities and quality.

We are just waiting to leave......I really don't want to go home! I thought I'd write this whilst sitting in the reception area waiting for out transfer to the airport before the holiday magic wears off. We arrived a week ago late at night all very hungry.......after a speedy check in and an upgrade from garden room to main hotel with Seaview! We went for some food......this hotel literally has food and drink available 24/7 Woke up the next morning to the most amazing sea view (please check out my photos) The rooms are huge, bed is huge, bathrooms huge and the walk in wardrobe huge huge huge! We are here in the wind down to the season so we knew that alot of the restaurants would be closed or closing but that hasn't stopped us eating.......so much food on offer in the main restaurant. Sometimes a little cold but we were always the last ones to arrive so to be expected really......(serious lack of butter for the other half for his bread) Pool area is lovely, a bit cold but refreshing when it got a bit hot, there was a heated outdoor pool which the kids loved. All the areas of the hotel are so clean and well maintained, constantly cleaning night and day.... ..spotless. Candyland was a massive extra bonus for the kids they loved it and the evening entertainment was absolutely brilliant. The only gripe I would have is they need a cocktail list in the main bar... they do make some bespoke cocktails but you never got 2 the same. Also the shop and water sports are so expensive. We paid £60 for an inflatable for the pool and just under £300 for 3 x 20min on the jetskis!!! Despite the very small negatives we would definitely would come back 🤩

Midway between the south and north coasts, this is the perfect area for a stopover and now I've discovered the perfect hotel. We had an enormous courtyard comfort room which was immaculate. There's a spacious car park, classy grounds and a pool, all set in a quiet, characterful village with picturesque walking through vinefields. A roomy, relaxed bar and breakfast area and although no restaurant there is apparently one adjacent. Staff professional yet charming. Look forward to stopping there again on the way back down...

We stayed here on our way to Italy and again on our way home to England. The hotel is beautiful, located a 5 minute drive from Nuites-St-George’s. The rooms are finished to a very high standard with everything you need. The breakfast was lovely and had plenty of choice. You can eat either inside or outside overlooking the gorgeous gardens or the pool. We stayed with our dog and there are plenty of walks from the hotel. The staff were all friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel to everyone and next time we plan to stay a lot longer than one night. Thank you a fantastic stay. Georgina, Simon and Kaiber.

We had seen this hotel from the road as we passed through Vougeot on a previous trip, and promised ourselves that we would stay here on our next driving holiday. Well, after the pandemic, this was our next trip and we stayed here for one night on our way back to the Eurotunnel. It really is fabulous; everything is such high quality. We stayed in Room No1 which was spacious and ultra modern with good air conditioning. We are planning a short break touring the wine villages later this year, and will base ourselves for three nights at this traditional looking, modern, tranquil hotel. There is no restaurant (except for breakfast) but the superb Au Creux de Vougeot is immediately next to the hotel.

2 night stay as we passed through Burgundy. Stayed in a superior room. The room is modern spacious with air conditioning. The linens of high quality and the bathroom double sink separate shower and separate toilet is very well laid out. The location is quiet with good car parking and very friendly staff. The breakfast is buffet and adequate rather than expansive. Overall this was an absolute gem and great value for money in comparison to others in the area. I would not hesitate to recommend and will stay here again. Chapeau!
