Five-star praise! The location of this hotel is very good, next to the Carrefour supermarket, there are several Chinese restaurants nearby, and the transportation is convenient. Parking 🅿️🈶 Own internal parking lot, very safe. There is a small kitchen, everything is very convenient, and the price is cheaper than a B&B!

Well appointed room, pleasant decor. A welcome tray with coffee, bottled water, it's welcoming. The room is comfortable, I will come back

Receptionists extremely rude ! Except the one who was working the morning. After 5 stays there, this last one was horrible. They don’t like and consider people. I’ll not go back.

I found a cockroach in my room in the middle of the night. I let the staff know, and they did not seem to care at all. They told me that because I booked the room through *******, I would have to ask ******* for a refund. This was a lie. ******* told me that it was up to the hotel to offer a refund. ******* attempted numerous times to reach out to the hotel, but the hotel refused to answer. I liked that the place had a kitchen so I could prepare my own food, to save money and not make an ordeal out of my terrible French ordering and buying things. The room was a bit worn down. The sink in the bathroom had several cigarette burns on it, and the laminated wood for the sink cabinet had come apart from moisture. There was mildew and mold in the shower. The cooktop range knobs were broken and it took some time to fiddle with them to stay on. The kitchen didn't have a lot of things, like no spoons, and it was pretty clear that nobody had ever used the coffee maker, as it didn't have any filters. I'm pretty flexible and can deal with all this, but the cockroach was too much. I didn't want to risk bringing them home with me. The front desk staff did not give one @#$#$ at all about the cockroach or anything else. He offered me another room in the hotel, which I explained made no sense, because it would be quite likely that many of the rooms would have cockroaches. The staff made it pretty clear that they don’t care if I write a bad review, only about getting my money.

I don't like to leave negative reviews. I believe that people deserve second chances, and I don't want to be responsible for ruining someone's business. Unfortunately, I don't think that my bad review will have much of an effect on this business, and I don't believe that the management of the hotel care if I leave a bad review. I found a cockroach in my room in the middle of the night. I let the staff know, and they did not seem to care at all. They told me because I booked the room through *******, I would have to ask ******* for a refund. This was a lie. ******* told me that it was up to the hotel to offer a refund. They attempted numerous times to reach out to the hotel, but they refused to answer. I stayed at this hotel to be near my daughter, who has a small apartment and is studying in Paris. I booked it online through *******, not understanding much about the area or the hotel. She tells me that if I had taken a photograph of the cockroach, that they would have done something. After my experience with them, I doubt a photo would make any difference. Obviously, I was trying to save money, and I liked that it had a kitchen so I could prepare my own food, to save money and not make an ordeal out of my terrible French. The room was a bit worn down. The sink in the bathroom had several cigarette burns on it, and the laminated wood for the sink cabinet had come apart from moisture. There was mildew and mold in the shower. The front desk staff did not give one @#$# at all about the cockroach or anything else. He offered me another room in the hotel, which I explained, made no sense, because it would be quite likely that many of the rooms would have cockroaches. Unfortunately, my daughter tells me this is probably not a part of Paris that many tourists visit, and I didn't get the sense that many people here speak English or read Tripadvisor reviews, so my review may not be of much use to anyone. The staff at the hotel knew this, which is why they ignored me and the staff at *******. I have been looking up their reviews on several sites, and they seem to be very different. I think that Tripadvisor and Facebook look like the only legitimate review sites (nobody in France uses Yelp). This whole process has helped me to realize I can't trust sites like ********** , bookings, com, or *******. Take a look at the difference in reviews of this place on these sites yourself. I should have spent more time looking into this place. I moved to the B&B Hotel that's two blocks from the Porte de Choisy metro station. It's a much nicer hotel with air conditioning, which I needed because of the heat

Reservation made by telephone for a room with 2 beds. The person told me no worries! I insist because I had read a review from a person who had made the same request and who ended up with 1 double bed. I was reassured and told that there would be no problem that everything was noted. Obviously when the day arrived, I was told that there were no more rooms with 2 beds!!! I complain about it and the receptionist explains to me that these rooms are allocated from day to day based on arrival requests. In short, first come and first served. Here I am having to share a bed with my colleague. Access to the parking lot very complicated. The hotel only has one badge to access it. You must therefore go to reception to collect the badge but there is no parking space in front of the hotel and finally return this badge to reception. Same thing when you leave, you have to manage to bring back the famous badge. For the rest it's OK and the breakfast is good but the day I was there it was on sale. Promotion which was refused to us because supposedly the day we booked was not on promotion. However, breakfasts are only payable on the day you are there and not at the time of booking. In short, never again!

Although it is out of the center of Paris, it is only a one-minute walk from the nearest T3 tram station, so it is not too difficult to get to. There are supermarkets Carrefour and Action on both sides, so it is convenient for self-catering. I think it is a good place to enjoy Parisian life for a short period of time, such as a week.

This stay was rich in emotions & the staff is very professional, however the state of some rooms is deplorable in terms of cleanliness. The parking lot is not properly accessible, to get out of it the system is too restrictive and complex.

The three people we saw at reception during our stay, although very friendly, seemed to not know how their establishment worked. No information from them regarding parking for example. As for the two women we met on our way to breakfast, the reception was cold, rude, blasé... there were several guests who did not know each other and we were all scandalized by this behavior. Ladies, change jobs!

Really nice welcome. In addition, the receptionist allowed me to access my room earlier than stipulated in the conditions. Very clean, pleasant, quiet room with a nice view. Very good bedding. Good value for money. I recommend.
