Breakfast charged the part and with few options, mainly with cake (only a home cake, without any flavor, filling or cover). Frigobar had no cup, no one can be put away.There are no face towels in the bathroom. We arrived after 20:00 and the receptionist informed that the reservation was cancelled by the time, which was not informed at the time of the reservation. I was happy to have a room and we could stay... and the reception staff were unsatisfactory, overwhelming impatience... and the impression that hosting would be a favor. We usually host other hotels in the Ibis network, especially the Feira de Santana unit and there is completely different, coffee is bored, at least 3 options of cakes, more fruit, juices and others. The rooms have towels and towels of face, as well as disposable cups.
