The air conditioning here is very bad. The lowest setting can only reach 19.4 degrees. When the room temperature reaches about 20 degrees, it stops blowing! It doesn't even blow! Then the window cannot be opened, and there is no ventilation at all. It is stuffy all day long and the air from the air conditioner smells like stinky leather shoes. I went to the front desk to communicate about the air conditioning, and she said that this is normal and that the air conditioners here are like this. The faucet in the shower room cannot be closed tightly, and it drips all night. The floor of the shower room is also dilapidated, with many signs of repairs. I communicated with the front desk to change rooms, but they refused! They said that all the rooms were booked! I lived here for 23 days and the experience was super bad!

The rooms are clean, beautiful, the food is delicious. Great receptionist and service Not having drinking water is just a disadvantage. Overall, it's very nice to stay.

I loved the layout of my room. I had a corner room so it was different and huge. I hate I was only there for about 5 hours. I’ll make sure to book with them again and hopefully I can get another corner room.

The beds were hard, the rooms were dark and our bathroom had the faint smell of sulfur. But, every staff person that I interacted with was very friendly and gave great customer service.

Could not get thru to front desk. And if I did was put on hold. Eventually reached someone and I told them during a diaper change my baby had peed on the bed. They told me housekeeping was gone and they couldn’t do anything to help. Denied towels also because housekeeping was gone. Was laughed at when I asked about a military discount.

We love the breakfast service at the hotel.
The exercise room was excellent.
The room we stayed was roomy and clean, but we wish it was designed with a little more homestyle comfort. For examples, it did not have a coffee table in front of sofa (there was no place to place cups of tea and snacks), TV control never took us to the on-demand screen, and there was no hook/bar to hang towels in the bath room.
Overall, we like the hotel and would like to come back.

Great location, quick access to Metro, walking to restaurants, excellent hot breakfast. Pretty expensive parking, water run warm like one night, but, overall great experience.
Will stay again.
