"The hotel smelt of smokes as we entered and we found lots of cigarettes butt in the lobby for a hotel at this price and standards in Vinh city it should not happened. The toilets facilities are old and so is the room the carpet looks so dark and dirty what’s worse. I did not end up staying there as I did not feel like there was a good vibes as the whole hotel was dark and dingy and the corridors are large but dark and somehow when you go in there it feels really *******. I am really disappointed to say the least that they refused to refund around 1.5m vnd even though I did not stay there so in the end I felt like this may well be strategy doing the very least so customers will leave even without refund of the cancellation booking. Very disappointed in every aspects of this hotel. This is supposed to be one of the best hotels in Vinh already but really I stayed in a 3 stars hotel nearby and have had better services and for half the price."

"This was a very disappointing hotel and we checked out after one night. It is located in an industrial area, with no restaurants or shops within walking distance. There was almost no cell phone reception and we had NO wifi in our room. We asked about the lack of wifi but were not able to get it sorted. Breakfast was very average. The hotel looks new, and great, but I don’t think this hotel is desiged to cater for western tourists. We arrived late and left Vinh early."

"Having stayed in 200 hotels for business and leisure, this is the first time I've encountered a hotel like this. They wouldn't let us bring food to our rooms, forcing us to eat in the lobby. At 1 AM, everyone was eating late-night snacks in the cold lobby. The front desk staff were extremely rude, saying that bringing food into the hotel would dirty the rooms and that the furniture was worth 100 million Vietnamese dong. Let's see what furniture in your hotel is worth 100 million Vietnamese dong? This is a complete insult to our dignity. This is the first time in three years I've given a bad review to a hotel. This kind of hotel, this kind of service?!"
