The hotel was not hard locate and it is has an easy access to other activities in the city. Also there is an OXXO and a gas station close to the hotel. The next morning I went out very early (5.30 am) and I realize that the reception girl was almost sleepy uploaded in front of the reception, I understand that it may be difficult to turn in the night, but that terrible impression causes the guest. I just wanted and ask you that if you paid for a room that would occupy 2 guests, the minimum one expects is to put items for 2 people, such as 2 bottles of water, 2 soaps, etc. On that day, we returned to the hotel at 8 pm, The room was identical to what we had left, “They had forgotten to clean it.” I have to admit that I had never passed and it's the first time I passed. I didn't know what to do... so terrible had been my experience on the second day at the ONE. I have to admit that the girl that was at that time at reception, was the only one who really loved her job or definitely has a service vocation, I look for a way to solve the problem and I stay in another room. Today we are up a little later to enjoy the “breakfast” included in the price and ohhhh Surprise!!!! 2.0. A huge cucarach in the lift, unfortunately, did not give me time to take the photo, to show the unpleasant situation. I know that it's bad and it's not to assume the guest that gives you that benefit, (egg, rice, beans). But it is where I realize the environment among hotelmates is bad, the lady who kindly takes care of breakfast, asked her receptionmates to set on TV for the guests we met and were 3 times that The hotel was a very good hotel, and the hotel was a good hotel.

My wife and I took a mini vacation and booked a four-night stay at the Marriott Villahermosa Hotel because it’s ranked as a quality hotel. However, we were disappointed with some issues we experienced. The lobby has a musty smell, and the metal door frame in the bathroom of our room had much corrosion due to moisture condensation from the air conditioner register. A hotel of this category and price should not have these issues. The worst complaint is that we had trouble sleeping Saturday night because of the loud music from a social event that lasted until 4:00 am.
