The hotel needs replenishment of staff who has hotel and guest services experience . People working there are like from the government offices . Rigid and rude

Very poor service. Food is really pathetic. Very bad treatment by the staff. I strongly recommend NOT to visit this hotel. While the restaurant staff was very unresponsive. Had to wait for a very long time. (this happend both at the time of Breakfast as well as Dinner) I have given this feedback to the restaurant ***ager as well.

The Stay was very comfortable. The light panel and plumbing fittings are easy to identify and use. There was no hassle and the sound proofing was great to enjoy a good night's sleep. Complimentary buffet breakfast and dinner options have ample serving and delicious. Overall on a busy routine, this property is a good place for slowing down and recharging oneself for next challenging session/day.

Rooms very well maintained, very spacious & grand looking lobby, staff is very courteous, location very ideal for shopping or walking around (even if you want to take a late night walk it does not feel lonely). Room service & house keeping very efficient.

Awesome Hotel to Stay. Professional staff , polite and prompt in response. Rooms are clean and tidy. Excellent house keeping and room dining Service. Quality and taste of food is too good. Location is centrally placed. Overall it was a good experience.

Had a concern at the breakfast counter and informed the same to the ***ager there but to my surprise there was no response from him and he just answered as ok will check..and he is least bothered to come back with solution not he acted on the issue.

Simply Pathetic...Mr. Baiju at the Reception lied about what he discussed with me... Mr. Rajender was rude and Another Mr at your reception was asking me that was I planning to stay for free !!!! One of my worst stays ever in matter of ***nerism of the employees of the hotel...

Very well ***aged all hotel staff were english speaking and courteous. Customer happiness was their goal. Hotel is in the heart of city surrounded by market everything very well available. Hotel food dining was very good. Good food I would rate this hotel 5

One of the “The Best Hotel” , you will find no compromises in any of the facilities offered. Food quantity and quality are always the best. Makes me to come always again and again. Good place to stay for travel with family and business purposes.
