Souphattra Heritage Vientiane Reviews

We really enjoyed our stay at the Souphattra Heritage Hotel. The friendly staff welcomed us with big smiles and made us feel home instantly. The hotel is new and well designed. The facilities and rooms are sparkling clean. The Hotel is located in a quiet street, yet a short walking distance to cafes, restaurants and night markets. We would definitely come back at the Souphrattra Hotel on our next visit to Vientiane.

This time I went to Vientiane, Laos on a business trip. I chose a boutique hotel that had just opened for trial operation. The location was very OK, the internal environment and structure of the hotel were also very OK, and there were pictures to share. I chose an executive room and stayed there for seven days. The air conditioner in the room was noisy, and the air conditioner current resolution was very high. The overall service of the hotel was OK, and the coffee in the cafe was worth a cup of coffee. As for the external environment of the hotel, I don't want to express it. After all, it is a country in the 1980s. It's my personal feeling and can only be shared

The environment is very good. The front desk can communicate in English. It is very close to the night market. The hotel also provides free afternoon tea. It is recommended to stay.

Parking is difficult and check-in at the front desk is very slow (it takes nearly 30 minutes to get a deposit slip)

This hotel was newly opened in 2014. I chose this place on my first day in Vientiane. The front desk staff were very enthusiastic and responded to our requests in a timely manner. The breakfast was very good. If you like taking pictures, this hotel is very suitable for taking pictures and checking in. It has a strong French style.

A beautiful hotel from which to explore Vientiane. Genuinely kind and helpful staff and a beautiful decor. Extremely well-located next to the night market. Beautiful and spacious rooms with balcony and a wonderful pool in the middle of a garden. A choice of restaurants are available but also in very close proximity to a surprisingly diverse and active restaurant scene. Great breakfast.

The hotel is brandnew, well located in a sidestreet. It is modern with a colonial touch. Our room was facing the pool and garden, which is a charming oasis. Good service and friendly staff, the “Best”coffee in Vientiane. The room is clean, the hotel area is shady, like an oasis in the middle of the city. My friends and I love this place very much. The service here is fast, efficient and accurate. I can't put this place down, and it's my second home.

My time throwback to Vientiane again after 20 years, This hotel offered warmly welcome and superb hospitality assets my impressions were a lovely welcome noted, a cozy terrace, Welcome drink, an outdoor pool, and comfortable bedroom suites. Hotel manager ( Khun Bee ) and her teams so helpful and well-organized during the stay. For sure I will be right back to visit again n again ; )

This beautiful boutique hotel in French colonial style is located in an inconspicuous side street in the heart of Vientiane, not far from Wats and the night market. It has been extensively renovated with many details, everything appears in new splendor and meticulously maintained. The rooms are classically furnished with very comfortable beds. The minibar was included in the price, as was the shuttle service to and from the airport. The service in the hotel was very friendly, but sometimes a little awkward (use of credit card for deposit at check-in, handwritten welcome card in the room with the wrong name). At breakfast the service (drinks, clearing away the dishes) was a little inattentive. No big deal, but if you're in the upper price segment, you have to do the same with the service. All in all, a beautiful hotel with a perfect location for a city trip in Vientiane!
