Sadly a decline in service staff numbers with an increase in clientèle. It's lost its classy boutique feel as it has gone for the mass Chinese package tour overnight accommodation market. As a solo traveller staying a number of nights that means disrupted nights as late arrivals settle and early departures from 5am on. Breakfast hall crowded in peak periods. Breakfast is a bare minimal offering off massification of Asian food and token western food. I went to nearby cafes and restaurants to get an alternative decent nutritional breakfast... They demand a 1000 baht deposit cash on checkin rather demeaning. 2 lifts in a 22 storey complex is far from adequate the third lift reserved for staff only. Pool fabulous, although cooler time of the year not kept as clean as in summer months, the gym quite okay, not the most modern or premium gym equipment. The recent price rises of accommodation render it not good value anymore. Local staff very helpful and friendly despite being overworked. The location is central very good for city walks. Be aware that outside is the Vientiane center display area. I had 4 nights of a Calsburg beer pop band stage outside the hotel, with excessive bass reverberating through the entire building until near midnight and later on one night. I asked for and got a room change but the poor/virtually useles sound proofing did not help. The ”double glaze” does not keep out traffic noise even on the tenth floor nor deflect the heat from afternoon sun. ”Marble” type flooring ensure all corridor noise is carried uninterrupted to your room. People who appreciate their sleep be warned. The premises were kept clean a great effort from relentless dirtying from mass tour groups.

very good! Very good value for money. The person in charge of the hotel, Sister Li, is enthusiastic and refreshing, and the service is very good. The room is large and clean, the bathroom is also very good, and the instantaneous bathing facilities are very useful.

It's a bit far from the tourist street, but it's not too far so it's easy to get around, and there's a simple breakfast in the morning, so I enjoyed it. It was a little inconvenient because the bathroom was not separated from the shower room. Other than this, the staff was friendly and nice.

The first foreign free trip specially chose this Chinese boss to open the hotel in Vientiane 😀 cost-effective, the train station down the 28th road to the Arc de Triomphe and follow the navigation for about 10 minutes, the boss and the boss sister are very enthusiastic and enthusiastic, Responsiveness helped us solve the most troublesome train tickets and travel taxi problems 👍 I sincerely thank you here! ! ! An older style hotel still our deluxe style room was perfectly adequate with daily servicing with smiling happy staff over the 6 days we were there. The pool on the 2nd floor is good for doing short laps and a small gym with weights and exercise machines. The daily breakfast was good with a great variety happy and efficent staff there led by Ajit a colorful character with a wealth of information we enjoyed many a chat with him. On reception Jer, Khamdy & Khoun were always smiling and helpful, reception manager Annie was lovely and most agreeable to our requests we would stay here again so obviously recommend this hotel.

Excellent hotel, clean, spacious rooms, and fully equipped. The manager provided me with som chai which was very nice indeed. I had a warm welcome and a very pleasant stay. Only snag being a lack to a tennis court at the hotel premises.

Very nice hotel. A small swimming pool, nice room, but above all VERY friendly and nice staff! Never met such a good hotel staff! The people are just so nice and friendly! Only thing to be desired is that there are too many mosquitoes here, I got bit 10 times. Note: it's 40~70 US dollars at the spot so sometimes it's cheaper than online.

Check in date : 25th August 2022. Check out date : 26th August 2022. Location : The hotel is conveniently located right at the heart of Vientiane. It is within walking distance to the Hard Rock Cafe Vientiane and there are nice restaurants around. The junction at the end of the road has a convenience store. We booked LOCA car from the airport and it just costs 100,000 LAK. The area is not too busy but it is just near to the main the main road. Within walking distance, tourists can walk to Sisaket and Night Market. But we opt out for the motorcycle. Reception : The recep area is small but nicely decorated with wooden furniture. We arrived around 8am and the well spoken English receptionist welcomed us warmly. She also direct us to the luggage area and we got to keep our luggage before check in time. Before I depart from my home country, I texted the owner about motorcycle rental. The owner kindly replied me and arranged for us the motorcycle rental that only costs 50,000 LAK per day (which is super cheap). When we arrived, the motorcycle was ready. All in all, I felt welcome in the hotel. Room : My room is in the second floor. It has an amazing courtyard view. The room is spacious, the bathroom is big and clean. The AC works very well. The bed are large and comfy. An electric kettle was provided and 2 mineral waters are there for us. The towels are fresh and the wardrobe is big enough for us to store our rucksacks. Around the hotel : It is a very small but well run hotel. The hotel is clean and spotless. The courtyard is very amazing and the resting area gives a very tranquil vibe. There is a limited space motorcycle parking rental. The hotel also seems very quiet and looks like a very good resting/working place. There are no elevator around so disable people had to reconsider booking here or you can opt for ground floor room right in front of the courtyard. We checked out around 6am the next day so we didnt get to try the breakfast. Satisfaction : We are very satisfied with our stay in the hotel. We highly recommend this hotel for tourists.

I stayed here for three nights not long ago and I do recommend it. It's walkable to many of the interesting sites in Vientiane - Patuxay, Pra That Luang (if you don't mind a hot hike!), Talat Sao is just around the corner. You can walk down to the waterfront and arounf Frances NgumRd area in about 25-30 minutes. There is a rooftop pool to cool off in. The included breakfast is plentiful and the choice is good. The room I had was lovely. It was huge, with a balcony, large separate shower with bath and toilet in totally separate room off the main sleeping, living area. I had a large sofa at the foot of the bed. I think I must have been given an upgrade! It was very nice, thank you. The staff were very helpful and happy to offer advice. Plenty of tuktuks always at the door, should you need one. All in all, a very nice visit.

Hotel was clean and well organised with free return bus to airport and breakfast was very basic Chinese based selections but an ok experience. But the location was out of the way, my choice I know, of town and when I asked reception staff to organise a taxi and tuk tuk it took a long time and when 1 did arrive they wanted way too much to take me into city area. I had to negotiate hard to get a reduction to a reasonable price which they accepted.
