The bed sheets are old, worn out, and dirty. Even the towels aren’t cleaned properly. The rooms are small. The wake-up call doesn’t work, even though you registered for it in the reception while checking in.

This hotel is 5-6 kilometers from the airport, definitely not within walking distance as stated on Ctrip, so you have to take a taxi. The room was extremely small, the bed was damp, and the sheets had stains. I booked a king-size bed but got two tiny twin beds, probably less than a meter wide each. There were no slippers in the room. For 600 RMB, it's worse than a 200 RMB Hanting hotel in China. I will not stay here again.

Location is good, facility is good. Bath room have glass window but cannot open.
After taking shower, the room will have the smell of water.
Others are quite good.
Price is reasonable.

Superb service from entire hotel staff. It was a great dining experience and amazing food at Ibis hotel. Loved the ambience of the restaurant. Well maintained rooms and washrooms. Lobby were amazing maintained. It was a lovely stay.

The first hotel on my first trip in Mumbai. Familiar brand hotel with great service. Helpful staff. I wad picked up at the airport by their limo services. The next day , the staff helped me to arrange for my first auto ride since I needed to get myself a sim-card. Best 1st impression and experience in Mumbai .
