Bed bugs, showers worked every other day, Toilets randomly worked, pictures on ******* were not an accurate representation of the facility. Clearly doctored to appear better than it was. At best a 1 star hotel. Everything was overpriced for what you received.

We booked this hotel,at the last minute for 4 nights. When checking in they offered us a choice of rooms. It was a fast check in with a view of the ocean. The room was clean and very comfortable beds. The breakfast was nothing to get excited about. There was an awesome restaurant just beside this hotel, with a walk up a hill. Well worth the walk up the steep hill. If you are planning on staying here, have a good book with you. The wifi service was weak, we went to the reception to use the internet. If you need access to the internet 24/7 it is probably not for you, if you want quiet beaches and tranquility then this is the place. It a 20 minute tuktuk drive to Mancora. I loved this place, my partner was a bit reluctant to, thinking that there was not enough stir but he came around after a while. The staff were friendly and helpful, with limited English. I loved the sound of the ocean while sleeping.

Very comfortable beds, clean. I have no complaints, poor wifi and breakfast was weak but we had no problem with it. We had a beautiful view of the ocean and nice balcony, very friendly helpful staff. There is a restaurant just beside the hotel,El Mirado, to the left if you have your back to the ocean which is worth checking out, have to walk up a hill, well worth the walk.
Not a lot of stir, bring a book.

Customer service terrible, restaurant charges triple everything. Not nice to customers, rude, bugs everywhere. Terrible experience

The hotel is too noisy, the prime rooms( the most expensive) are close to the bar and the bar opens all day and everything is so dirty and the people are drunk all the night. It’s not a place to get a rest.

they sell themselves as a resort, when we got there, everything was under construction, they were filling up small rooms with 10 people, the bathroom didn't have a door, and they forgot to clean the room 2 of the 3 days we were there... very disappointed with the hotel.

It was a nightmare ! The hotel is a mess, unclean, stinky, disgusting, etc.
I tried to leave the hotel the next day, but when I contacted ******* team, they didn’t resolve my problem

Poor customer service, ran out of water twice while showering on the first two nights, when we called the hotel the manager who picked up said he was already home and we need to call some other number not sure why his es listed! People upfront were just rude for no reason if they don’t want to deal with customers then don’t work in that type of field, restaurant needs more staff they kept telling us to go to the bar to eat we did and when they were at full capacity we just went back up the guy told us to give the wrong room number so we don’t get a bad experience? Extremely unhappy with this place! Never again
