I had the most excellent time at this hotel - from a beautiful welcome when I arrived 9am on Friday Morning - I could leave my luggage there as the rooms are not ready until 2pm - It was great to get a tour of the room and the building and given the keys to the room, the house and the front gate so I could come and go at my leisure . There is a kitchen with fresh water available also. The staff were warm and welcoming and very friendly and cleaned the room very well. This place is very close to the train station and about a 15 minute walk into the centre of Verona with all the attractions and local shops. I felt safe and welcomed as a solo guest and I cannot thank you enough for your hosting. The room was beautiful with private shower and bathroom - and had a TV, towels, free great Wifi signal and lots of other bits, all nicely decorated and fresh. I will be returning - I just so left early this morning so I couldn't say a personal thank you to the host and staff but i highly recommend! Also to pay £145 for 3 nights was almost a third of the price of other hotels in the area - its exceptional value for money for the room and the location . Gratzi! xxx From Nikki xxx

Magnolia is perfectly located near the city center of Verona. The owners are very friendly and deliver a great service. Parking in the street was easy, as the owner reserved a parking spot for us. Really making arriving g very easy for us. We had a room with private bathroom at the side of the train tracks. Yes, you can hear the trains pass. It, maybe because it was summer, but there weren’t that many trains. We stayed two days and slept very comfortably. The bed was great. The breakfast was really great, and served outside in the garden. Really really nice place. The city center is only a short walk from the B&B.

In qualsiasi ora del giorno e quasi quasi anche della notte a causa dei continui passaggi dei treni non si riesce manco a riposare/dormire. Una ventolina nel bagno sarebbe gradita.. sai comè. Letto abbastanza comodo, doccia sufficiente.

La struttura confina con lo scalo ferroviario di Verona, treni in continuo arrivo e partenza fino a tarda notte e mattino presto. La mia stanza si trovava a circa 8 petri dai vari binari presenti, stanza NON insonorizzata, NON SI DORME. Diverse immagini mostrate nel sito non coincidono con la realtà, pulizia dei vani non sufficiente.

Struttura con un ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, comoda per raggiungere il centro con una passeggiata di 15 minuti. Gli arredi sono nuovi, camere comode e bagno grande. Le host sempre gentili e disponibili. Se si viaggia in macchina il parcheggio si trova lungo la strada.

Nic nam się nie podobało! Oszustwo od samego początku. W pokoju brak ciepłej wody ,insekty na podłodze a do tego hałasy od 5 rano przez cienkie ściany i kuchnie obok pokoi. Śniadania obrzydliwe ! Stare croissanty i nic poza czymś na słodko ! Totalna tragedia ! Nie polecam nikomu ! Uciekajcie !

Bella la struttura, camera carina e pulita. Effettivamente è talmente vicina alla stazione che se esci sul balcone ti trovi sulle rotaie! Impossibile dormire perché i treni passano continuamente! Sconsiglio vivamente poiché il riposo è fondamentale

Purtroppo pessima esperienza.prenotato in largo anticipo per un evento all'arena. Non ci è stato comunicato fosse una camera mansardata, Con un'altezza massima non vivibile e travi che attraversano stanza e bagno che costringono a stare sempre piegati. (E noi siamo ragazze di 1,70 figuriamoci un uomo). Due letti singoli da bambini, rete rumorosa e cigolante anche solo per sedersi, non parliamo per dormirci. L'accoglienza della proprietaria lascia a desiderare, ci ha caldamente invitare a fare colazione fuori perché aveva da fare con altre camere e dopo l'affermazione "non chiedetemi niente" siamo rimaste senza parole. Pulizia molto scarsa, infissi vecchi e divelti. Nella stanza non c'erano lucernai ma piccole finestre a dir poco pericolose. Le finestre a livello pavimento probabilmente perche era una soffitta. Senza grata o infisso di protezione. Struttura poco curata, vicinissima alla stazione che può essere un vantaggio ma molto rumorosa. Non scrivo abitualmente recensioni ma in questo caso è inevitabile. Non si può accettare un tale servizio.

Bien situé a 12mn a pied du centre historique et 5 mn de la gare. On peut se garer gratuitement dans la rue devant . Chambre familiale propre mais pas très cossue , salle de bain tres petite avec le mur à 10 cm devant wc. Le train passe à qq mètres de la maison mais pas de train la nuit. Petit déjeuner très très basique , pas très bon et stressant.. la maitresse de maison assez autoritaire et stressée ... elle vous dit de vous servir mais dès que vous touchez qchose elle dit " no" et vous sert .. vous verse même le lait ds vos céréales 😁... et ts les matins vous demande si vous avez payé la taxe de séjour.... En bref .. bien pour un court séjour.. et plutôt dans les chambres non familiales bcp plus jolies...
