Locanda Fiorita

My Wife and I decided to do our own Grand Tour of Italy and Venice was the second city on our list. We were staying 4 nights after arriving by train from Florence. I must say that the train service in Italy is fast clean and very reasonable priced compare to us in the UK. We choose this hotel on its reviews stating that it was in a quieter location of a very busy Venice and we were not disappointed. The room was compact with a very comfortable bed. The shower is hot and powerful although it was a little tight when saving. Lucky for us the sun shone every day so we were able to have breakfast (continental style) outside on a small terrace area. Breakfast is in your room if raining and that would not have been easy as our room was not large. You are very much on the edge of all the attractions and Venice is not a big city but do not leave this hotel without a map as the canals and small side streets can be very confusing. All in all we made a good choice and I would recommend this hotel for a short Venice city break.

Had a great two night stay at the start of May. Lovely hotel, very pretty and in a great situation. Ideal for sightseeing. Friendly and helpful staff. We were given lots of good tips and food and drink reccomendations by Anthony. The rooms was clean and very well presented. Very chic. The breakfast was the perfect start to the day. All in all a wonderful place to stay to enjoy the ambience of Venice.

This small boutique hotel is located in a great location. The staff were really friendly and provided a fan for us at night. We stayed in a room that was quaint and simple which was perfect for our stay. It was nice that were was an additional door separating the room from the lobby to protect from the lobby noise. During this time of year, the weather had scattered showers and became very hot and humid at night in the room. The room had no a/c and there were no screens on the windows to prevent the hungry mosquitoes entering. The location is near restaurants, shops and a short distance to a private & public landings for water taxis. The morning breakfast was served outside, in front of the hotel and was plentiful. We were protected from the rain by umbrellas.

I had a great stay at Locanda Fiorita. I was upgraded upon arrival and the room was really comfortable. I slept really well, the mattress was very comfortable. I loved that they had extra pillows in the cupboard in different levels of firmness. I was really able to make sure I was comfortable. The staff was very helpful and the breakfast was lovely with coffees made to order. The location was fantastic and I was able to walk everywhere in Venice.

Many times in Venice, but 1st time staying at Hotel Loncanda Firorita and certainly not the last! What a magical experience! From communication to the Exceptional staff which now we consider family to the superb accommodations, Room 10 with balcony, to the delicious breakfast every morning. Love the location, Campo Stefano where the hotel is located with many restaurants. Yet family oriented and not far from St. Marks or train station. Highly recommend!!!!

We stayed here for 3 nights at the beginning of this week. When we arrived, we were greeted by an incredibly friendly and helpful man at the desk. we were able to check in within minutes and shown the way up to our room, and the roof terrace and lounge area. The room was absolutely stunning and had more than enough space, with a comfy bed - and most importantly, everything was very clean and there was no question about hygiene. The part which stood out for me was the roof terrace, there was a beautiful view of a courtyard and the skyline of Venice, with comfortable seating and a space to find shade... and a complimentary bottle of champagne for each room every day!! The breakfast was more than enough for my partner and I, the breakfast being a continental selection and fresh coffee made for you by one of the amazing staff at the hotel. The hotel is air conditioned throughout which is a god-send while in Venice in August! I haven't even mentioned yet what a great location the hotel is! The closest Water-Bus stop is San Angelo (Right after the Rialto stop!). It is about a ten minute walk to San Marco's Square, and only just over five minutes walk to The Rialto Bridge! Not far from La Fenice Opera House either! This place was such a bargain and I cannot possibly recommend it enough. If I return to Venice in the future, I will make sure to stay here again, it was an absolutely brilliant experience and resting place after our busy days of sightseeing around the beautiful city.

Stayed 3 nights in this small second story bed and breakfast with small but adequate rooms with private bathroom. Reasonable price. Continental breakfast served daily on the patio outside including fresh fruit, yogurt, rolls and croissants, jams and Nutella, and Fabulous coffee. An Excellent location -5 minute walk to water taxi and airport water “bus” on Grand Canal. 10 minute walk to St Mark’s Square and Rialto bridge. Quaint shops and restaurants around the corner. The 24/7 Hotel staff is very friendly, helpful with maps, sightseeing tips, printing (Boarding passes) , and they speak English. I would definitely stay here again!!

We stayed here in Feb 2023, for a short break. The hotel is small and cute in good location, with friendly staff. We had a classic room, which was rather small, however it was very sweet, and cam had a modern on suite bathroom. Ours backed onto a side street, which can get noisy when the restaurant below is busy. Breakfast is normally served outside, as they don't have a restaurant, however rather than have the breakfast in our room, as it was cold and windy, we were able to take it in their adjoining hotel next door, which was excellent and the serving staff very very good.

A perfect stay in the most beautiful city. Loved our 4 night stay in a fabulous room, big comfy bed, lovely decor with shuttered windows looking down a street. En-suite facilities with powerful shower and really lovely fragranced toiletries. A huge comfy sofa which doubles as a single bed. Breakfast was served in a plant screened area in the square downstairs with rolls, pate, cream cheese, croissants, fruits, and delicious coffee. So peaceful and a lovely way to start the day. Anthony, the lovely Rosa and the staff were all so accommodating, friendly and welcoming and really made our stay more special. A welcome bottle of Prosecco was a lovely touch on our arrival and started off our stay beautifully. Very close to the Accademia bridge, beautiful churches, squares, cafes, restaurants close by. A perfect stay. Can’t wait to return.
