This was a convenient, well-priced deal for my travel companions and me. It exceeded our expectations for the price point and offered many services within a short distance. We didn’t go in to Central Venice, but it appeared simple enough to do so. Our hosts were lovely and accommodating, printing out a few documents we needed and offering useful advice where to go for pleasant meals. I recommend taking advantage of the in-room continental breakfast. Taxis typically arrived within 5-8 minutes of calling. The airport and train station are both within a short drive. We were grateful for the ability of two of our hosts to speak very good English and be patient with any cultural misunderstandings. All in all, a place I recommend for anyone looking to relax and be away from a busy area.

I stayed with my wife and daughter in this B&B for one night, arriving in the late morning of 08/15/2023 to accompany my girlfriend to catch a flight at Venice airport at dawn the next day. The very kind managers gave us a nice triple room with large bathroom and air conditioning (which isn't a bad thing) and went out of their way to find us a restaurant open for lunch... believe me, it wasn't easy at all given the day particular, but in the end they succeeded and I want to thank them once again. Added values of the structure: private fenced parking, airport less than ten minutes away by car, public transport to reach Venice in a very short time nearby. In short, the review of this B&B could be summed up with three very short sentences: maximum cleanliness, maximum kindness, maximum availability. Absolutely recommended.

We stayed 3 days at the Dream b&b and had a really great time. The location of the property is excellent, very close to the bus stops that arrive in Venice in a short time, our room was spacious and very clean, but the real strong point is the kindness and exquisiteness of the owners, always ready to advise and exchange very pleasant comments. Fabrizio, si è dimostrato estremamente scorretto e privo di qualsiasi senso dell’etica professionale. Purtroppo la mia esperienza con il B&B Dream è stata estremamente negativa a causa della mancanza di professionalità del titolare, il sig. Fabrizio. Dopo aver telefonato per chiedere la disponibilità di una camera, mi è stata confermata la disponibilità per la data richiesta. Su sua indicazione, ho inviato una mail di richiesta, ma non ricevendo risposta dopo circa un’ora, ho deciso di richiamare per avere conferma. Con mio grande stupore, mi è stato detto che la mail era stata ricevuta, ma che la camera era già stata data ad altre persone. Alla mia insistenza sul fatto che mi era stata garantita la prenotazione, la risposta è stata fredda e scortese, sottolineando che non gli importava nulla della mia richiesta. Trovo questo atteggiamento altamente scorretto e poco professionale. Chi gestisce una struttura ricettiva dovrebbe avere maggiore rispetto per i clienti e adottare un comportamento più etico. Esperienza pessima, sconsiglio vivamente questa struttura a chiunque cerchi affidabilità e correttezza. Se cercate serietà, affidabilità e rispetto, state alla larga da questa struttura!

Ein ruhiges, sauberes und preiswertes Hotel mit ausgesprochen netten Besitzern, in dem man ungestört übernachten kann. Der Weg von und nach Venedig kann bequem und schnell mit dem Busverkehr (ca. 15 min.) erledigt werden und wenn man abends wieder zurückkommt kann man angenehm duschen, ins Bett fallen und vom Marcusplatz träumen. Das Frühstück ist italienisch einfach - Croissant, Marmelade und guter Kaffee. Absoluter Tipp für Venedig-Erkunder, die dem aufkratzenden Tag eine geruhsame Nacht folgen lassen wollen.
