Extremely bad, the eggs for breakfast were smelly, the room was shabby, it was really a mess, it was a four-star hotel, I hope Ctrip can check it out, and it is near a slum area!

Great central location - beautiful spacious apartment with everything we needed- very close to a supermarket with fresh bread, fruit and produce. Exceptionally clean and well maintained. Extremely helpful staff at the Ai Cavalieri Hotel where you can store your luggage. Would definitely book for a future visit.

excellent location, close to all the spots you want to see but nice and tucked away so very quiet in the early hours. we loved being close to everything because we got to live a whole other day in the morning without big crowds. the apartment itself was very cleaned well kept. hosts were incredibly helpful and responsive to our emails (there is no check in so this was our primary interaction with them) lovely spot!

This place used to be great. It isn't a hotel: it's an apartment with no room service, no cleaning, no concierge, and, in our case, a broken shower. However, it has always been worth it if you have the canal view (otherwise it's pitch dark) because of fair pricing. But this year the prices tripled. You can stay at the JW Mariott on a private island with Venice view, complementary shuttle, pools and a buffet breakfast for less than this dark room! It makes no sense. Definitely not worth the cost of $1500 a night. Nor the attitude of the staff who run it (through a hotel nowhere nearby)!

AMAZING!!!! I really have no words!! The room was exactly like the photos, everything we needed was there from a coffee machine to soft mattress in bed! Very clean and comfortable and yet luxurious! We would definitely choose this room again and again!! The staff was very kind and helpful! I recommend this 100%!!! Well done to Al bailo di Venezia!! You made our trip more and more enjoyable!! Keep up with the good work!!

The apartment was in a fantastic location in the centre of Venice with a lovely view. The apartment was bigger than we had expected and was clean and had all the equipment we needed. Accessing the apartment was easy.

The apartment serviced by a lift, and was perfect for the 3 of us. We were only expecting one bathroom instead we found there were two. The apartment was spotless and overlooked the canal. It was within easy walking distance of at least 6 very nice restaurants. A toaster would have been nice but didn't ruin anything. Also an armchair would be nice as when the sofa bed is being used you only have dining chairs to use. But overall a splendid stay.

The apartment was well-equipped, in a great location and staff always prompt to answer. Careful though, the 2nd bedroom is just a corner with no door, very disappointing for the price and not suited!!
