Cozy hotel but quiet at night. Restaurants and shops are nearby to the hotel. Friendly staff.

I ordered superior for 3 persons. The room was not as on pictures, we got on upper floor and when I stayed in bathroom, I hurt my head of the ceiling.. it was very narrow and strange shape.. it was changed the next day, but the first experience was quite surprising..even if we were told that if we dont like rhe room it is our problem..

Good location hotel. The staff is friendly and always ready to help. The only thing is that it’s hard to breathe in the room, because the entire design is made with finishing material, and it’s already old (let’s just say). That's why dust is present in the air. There are no questions about cleanliness.

Consistent with the picture. The little brother at the front desk is very enthusiastic and will introduce nearby attractions, how to get to the restaurant, and answer questions in detail.

Amazing location and great hotel. Staff were always friendly and helpful. Albert from the kitchen and breakfast staff was particularly helpful and always friendly and cheerful.

wonderful traditional hotel in central Venice. Everything was easily accessible within walking distance of the hotel from water taxi to local sites.

The annex is just around the corner from the main hotel and is nice. Good restaurants just outside the door and is close to everything you need - grocery store, restaurants, taxi access, sights, etc. The hotel is exceptional and we'd love to have a room there the next time!

Third time visiting and first with my husband - his first visit to Venice. Staff are always very welcoming and helpful. Perfectly situated and we’ll definitely be back again.

This is an incredibly noisy hotel - there is no soundproofing and you hear staff, other patrons, and people walking by on the street. Food handling is another concern regarding the buffet - one staff member handled a bakery item with his bare hands and then put it back in with all of the other pastries. The property is run down, at least as far as my room was concerned, but the pictures make it look attractive on the site.
