Quite a nice hotel. The rooms are large and spacious, and the location is superb: not far from the train and bus stations, and about a 20-minute walk to the main attractions.

Great location, near water buses and the parking garage. The room is spacious and clean, although the elevate didn't work. The front desk is friendly and helpful. Breakfast is good.

It was close to Piazzale Roma and the boat dock, so it was very easy to get around. The elevator was mentioned in the reviews, but it was working fine when we stayed there, so we had no problems. The building is old and historic, but it was clean and a very nice hotel.

My room was room 202, at the very back on the third floor. There is no elevator, and there are stairs up to the third floor and stairs in the hallway. When I opened the door to my room, there were more stairs going down, about four flights of stairs, so I had to carry my suitcase. The only amenity in the room was soap, and there was no refrigerator. There was no Wi-Fi signal at all in Room 202, so it was completely unusable. Those who need Wi-Fi for work or other reasons should be aware of this.

Quiet and clean, it's close to the train station and within walking distance of various attractions. It's a great value for the main island. The breakfast was average, but filling.

ALERT!!!! There was a black staff member who was incredibly rude and arrogant. First, he refused to help with our luggage, saying, "No one can help you," even though they have a dedicated elevator for luggage; they just needed to press it. He also deliberately miscalculated the time we requested for packed breakfast and refused to give it to us (though he eventually gave it to us after repeated requests). Worst of all, during our two-night stay, they sneaked into our room during the day on the second day and took photos of our suitcases, all spread out on the floor, with our belongings, including underwear, inside. They took photos and posted them to a group chat they called a staff chat!!! When we checked out on the third morning, they pointed at the photos and said, "It's 2025, no one would leave a room this messy. They can't clean it!" ***?????? We stayed two nights in a row, had the room charged upfront, and had packed everything up when we left. The room was spotless. Why did they sneak photos and try to lecture us? They didn't really clean up, just folded the bed and left, and didn't even empty the trash can. Also, the light bulb in the bathroom didn't work on our first night. They said they'd fix it the next morning, but it still wasn't fixed by the time we went back to rest the next afternoon. We had to ask the front desk staff to fix it! This hotel is outrageous! !!!!!!

It was already very late when we took the airport bus to Venezia station. I temporarily searched for nearby hotels on Ctrip. Who can understand the uneasiness in my heart when I checked into a hotel without prior reservation in the middle of the night? The guy at the front desk was very friendly and patiently agreed with us, two adults and one child. Booking a double room with a shared toilet is also very clean and convenient. The price also includes breakfast, which is really good. There is a pier outside the hotel where you can store your luggage. We chose to take a boat to Marco Polo Square and walk back. It was a perfect experience.

It is a 10-minute walk from Santa Lucia Station, but the location is in the back, in an area with a backward environment, and the vaporetto boarding area is outside the door.

Great that it's close to the train station. There is also a water bus station right in front of the hotel, which is convenient. I had booked a room with a shared bathroom and toilet, which was reasonable considering the price.

The environment is a bit bad but the boss is nice and Chinese.
