I booked the hotel online based on the reviews I saw in ***********, trip advisor and hotel website. Hotel website and booking has promoted their best room being 23m2, no other rooms, and same was confirmed over phone that all rooms are as per the web site. Once we arrived we were stroked to see awkward hotel room. Room- small about 13-14 m2. Food- very little variety. The vegetables were most untasted vegetables I ever tasted, which were claimed to be from home farm. The SPA is far from modern facilities, situated in the basement, in small multiple rooms. All is very dated. There is No lobby where you can have a coffee. The only decent thing I could mention is the swimming pool. Regardless it was nothing special to elevate the hotel value to the price levels of a very good 4star hotel in Velingrad. Following was add in internet as available in the rooms, it was not available, or in very poor condition: - TV- very poor signal, it was freezing, very annoying, - internet- very poor, upload/download 4.46/0.84mbps, measured with ookland. - safe- no safe - mini bar- nil, damaged fridge, unplugged, when I plugged, it was smelling on burnt insulation. - mattress was smaller (1.4m) on large bed base. - laminated floor- in extremely poor condition. - room had 2 pillows, and you will get 2nd pillow if you ask for it and you will receive a pillow case if you ask additionally. The hotel generally looks very-very dated. High price for cheap value.

Everything is was perfect! The staff here is the nicest hotel staff I've ever seen. The fitness is a little dirty but if you are here to relax it's great. It may not be the cleanest and cleanest hotel but it's awesome! Big thumbs up for me👌👌👌.

The hotel is 3* and is in a convenient location. The people at the reception and in the restaurant are very kind and helpful. I cannot comment on the rooms and apartments in the "old" part. We were accommodated in the "new" part. The apartment was large, bright and warm. But, cleaning was practically completely absent. On the second day, the ashtray on the terrace was cleaned and that was it for three days. There were only two towels given that the booking was for three adults. The reception was very quick to respond and the towel was available in just a few minutes. This "new" part has a "warm" connection with the yard. But it's definitely colder in there than outside. That concludes all the negatives. As I mentioned above. Friendly and helpful staff at reception, spa and restaurant. The food was delicious and varied. Spa and pools are warm and we liked them. What would we recommend looking at? The sunbeds at the pool are very crowded and the worst thing is that there is no room to pass. There is a danger of someone falling into the pool. The tiles in the pools should be inspected and repaired. The directions did not help us much to find the apartment, and subsequently the direction arrows to the old part. Parking spaces in front of the hotel are practically nil, but the availability of an ground part under the new building is an excellent idea. We would visit the hotel again but we would like to stay in the old part and park in the ground parking under the new part.

Booked a family holiday for the first time and the moment we stepped into the lobby everything went down. We had booked an apartment in the corpus and we have also payed for this extra. They made us go into some "new apartments" apparently that are just beside the main part of the hotel. The place was absolutely filthy, it wasn't clean, the doors leading to the balcony were broken, smelled like paint and cigarettes which is really bad bcs of my allergies, no towels, absolutely bad service as there wasn't even a bed for one of us, some lights were broken and did i mention that it was really really dirty.

The hotel lived up to its 3 stars. Rooms are spacious and clean. I'll start with the cons: We stayed 3 nights and our rooms were not cleaned once during our stay. Towels could be exchanged for fresh ones at the spa reception. The food in the restaurant was ok but there is a lot to be wanted if they want to cater for international guests. Lunch was really good, dinner was sufficient- mainly Bulgarian traditional dishes. Dont expect anything international or exciting but the food was tasty and the staff does care- they ask for feedback and make sure nobody leaves the restaurant hungry. I have to say that the biggest assest of the hotel are the people who work there. The staff were absolutely amazing, without exception. The manager- Darina Shatova goes out of her way to make sure everything runs smoothly and everyone is happy. She asked on many occasions if all was ok and if we needed anything else. We chose the hotel because of the water park attached to it. In all fairness, we were informed by the reception that the park is open to public at the time we made the booking. It was fun, both kids and adults loved it. And it gets really crowded. There are plenty of pool chairs though. However the waterpark visitors easily enter the hotel grounds and use the hotel facilities. This is an issue and needs attention. We were told it's not isolated to Elbrus but a problem for many of the local hotels. Overall- we had a very enjoyable weekend.THANK YOU!

I had made a reservation for 3 adults and yet they accommodated us in a small room even for 2 adults. The bathroom was tiny. You had to get on the toilet seat to take a shower. The food was not good and very uniform. The second day of our stay they started renovating the pool without informing us so we couldn't use it.
