Hotel Ritual El Palmar-Adults Only

We have repeated several times in this hotel and unfortunately this has been the time that we have been most dissatisfied. Already last year we weren't very convinced, but we decided to give it another chance this year, and we believe it will be the last one. On the one hand, the value for money of the dinner does not correspond. A very expensive menu compared to the food they served, very little elaborated and not at all up to the category that the hotel is supposed to have. On the other hand, the spa had the sauna out of service and I don't know why the exit to the solarium was closed. In other words, a third of what the spa offers could not be used. The staff as always very nice and attentive.

The location is wonderful, tranquility, special views from the pool with great sunsets, the price to pay is the unpaved road, it is short, but if you love your car you will feel stabs in the stomach with every pothole. The design of the hotel is fantastic and the rooms, incorrectly called Bungalows, have direct access to a path to the pool which is very pleasant, the shame is the lack of maintenance, our whirlpool bathtub door did not close, the bathtub was dirty and It didn't work. We realized the morning we were leaving, which was when we decided to use it. We left with a bad taste in our mouths. The staff's response was “I'm sorry you weren't comfortable.” Solution 0. The Turkish bath was not working our entire stay, we told them to connect it to us and they didn't, when we conveyed our complaint to them their response: "How strange because we did connect it" 🤷🏼. We decided to have dinner there so as not to go out again on the dirt road with the car (the road is not the hotel's fault, but you have to take it to get there) the food is very third class, from the freezer to the table. The garnish rice could be used to cover some wall arrangements. They hide behind the fact that they are very far from the suppliers. I have personally been to restaurants and mountain refuges without access to vehicles where everything is carried on their backs or with mules where I have eaten better and with fresh produce. In short, it has 1 star out of the 4, the staff is not very professional and they do not pay attention to the details that, together with the design and location of the hotel, would make it an exceptional and very special place where you would not mind the almost 200 euros you pay per night in the. If we have the opportunity we will return and repeat. Because? Because it is a great LGBT hotel where you feel comfortable and surrounded by the group. Now being *** doesn't make you stupid. If you go to a place where everything is fantastic and you find a fly in the soup they serve, it will spoil the whole experience.

Good option if you want to visit the area of Playas de Vejer but being in a quiet interior area. The sunset from the pool is highly recommended. Immaculate, large rooms. modern furniture. The treatment of staff is very good. Very clean. Good lunch. One but: the road to the entrance is not very good but they told us that they cannot pave it because it is a natural area.

Estupenda la habitación, el personal, los desayunos, la ubicación... lo único que tenemos que decir es que la ducha de nuestra habitación no cerraba y se mojaba todo y que las puertas del baño no cerraban bien porque no estaban bien encajadas las puertas correderas y se caía el yeso del techo por el roce mal.

Hotel pięknie położony, dobry jako baza wypadowa do pobliskich atrakcji i do zwiedzania okolic. Można także się relaksować na pięknie położonym basenie lub jechać na pobliskie plaże.

Maravilla de estancia!!! Yo repetiría, sobretodo por la atención (resaltando a Gabi en recepción) y por el desayuno taaaan conpleto y rico. Hay que mejorar un poquito el mantenimiento de las habitaciones, pero el trato es tan agradable que se prestan a reparar cualquier cosa en el momento (hasta la maleta que se nos quedó enganchada la cremallera jiji) o te cambian de habitación si hace falta. Y la piscina uffff me encantaaaa, sobretodo que no tenga horario de cierre 😜 Podría seguir y seguir, pero reservo el broche final al spa, un gustazoooo
