The service is very satisfactory, the breakfast is good, and the small croissants are the best. The hotel should be located in the center of Vasteras, very close to the conference center to be visited. I went in December because it is almost Christmas and the night scenery is Very beautiful

We spent a night in this hotel in the latter part om March. It's situated ”upstairs” in a hotelbuilding in the central parts of Västerås. The receptionist was very, very pleasant and welcomed us, gave us the keys to the room and welcomed us to a free dinner (buffet) at the restaurang. I have to say that the dinner was very good (chicken) and also with a different vegetables to add at the plate. The breakfast was very good as well. To return? Of course. We were very satisfied with everything at the hotel. One disadvantage: We had to park at a parking lot about 500 meters from the hotel so the place of the hotel is not ideal if you come by car. But, if you dont have any handicap or coming with a lot of heavey suitcases, it's no problem.

While my room on the 10th floor had a fantastic view of the city and was nicely decorated, my main purpose in a hotel is to get a good nights sleep. This is not possible here due to a very noisy ventilation system! The vent has 3 settings: 1, 2 and 3, but no possibility to turn off. Reception confirmed that it is not possible to turn off. To be fair, I was offered to change room but when asked, reception confirmed it would be like this in all the rooms. After a bad nights sleep I went down to the rich breakfast buffet, which again looked very nice. However much of the vegetables were not fresh (wrinkled cherry tomatoes - all of them!. Avocado cut yesterday - acid in taste!) I can’t recommend this hotel.

Stayed two nights in a single-room. The room is really a one-person-room, but adequate if it is a place to sleep you need. There is a very small desk with a chair. The interiors are fresh and the bathroom (shower, no bath) of modern standard. The breakfast buffet is Swedish-style-breakfast with fairly many choices of bread, yogurt and fruit. I found the parking spaces being slightly to few, some reserved for electric cars (no info on charging system or power). As it is not a congested street, street parking during the night is probably not a problem. It is a self-serve-check-in-hotel after hours, why the late guest should read the instructions in advance to make sure everything is clear. At least during my stay it was very nice and quiet during the night. My only real complaint is that the pillows were worse than bad. Thin and simply has no recognizable form. Even though I do not suffer from any back or neck problems, I will bring my own should I stay there again.

The hotel location is very good, just in the center of the small town of Vasteras, opposite the shopping mall, so the hotel rooms are small, and also close to the university and eating places. There are no toothbrushes and slippers in the room, as if they are in Europe. Some of them are available for him, but it is better to keep them by yourself.

There are many types of breakfast (there are local meals, cooked food and meals that cater to Asian tastes), complete supporting facilities, convenient bus stations and supermarkets at the door, and the waiters are very welcoming.
