1 room smelled a lot of tobacco, I requested a room change which was done immediately.
However, the 2nd bedroom was not adequately cleaned, in which the bed and sheets had stains.....
We only sleep on the bed...

The hotel is beautiful, the staff is very friendly, and the best thing is the super comfortable bed.
It is a little far from Porto but there is a station 1.5 minutes walk away that takes about 15 minutes to go to Porto.
