A 7 minute walk from the railway station Once again the staff were very friendly and helpful [the only bad staff were in London]. The girls working the bar /caffe were friendly and helpful. The corridors leading to your room were a bit dark not enough light. The room was clean and tidy perfect for our two nights there. bed was comfutable.

Voy a poner una opinión pero podríamos poner 10 malas opiniones de este lugar porque ninguno de mis 10 invitados quedó contento con la cena. No era un día cualquiera, anoche 14 de abril celebramos el Bautizo de mi bebé en el salón conde Ansúrez del restaurante El Nogal y nos decepcionó muchisimo. Dejamos mucho dinero en una cena que no resultó para nada como esperábamos. Los platos de jamón del centro de mesa eran diferentes. En el centro un jamón fino y delicioso y a los lados cuatro mazacotes gordos y salados. La carne nos pregunta el camarero el punto de cocinado y no se cumplió en ningún caso. Carnes poco pasadas al que pidió hecha y demasiado pasada al que pidió al punto. El colmo fue cuando llegó la tarta. Nos hicieron mucho hincapié en que era tarta casera de Tiramisú. En vez de estar dulce estaba salada es decir llevaba sal en lugar de azúcar. Cuándo se lo decimos al camarero va a consultar con la cocina y lo niegan todo, admite que sabe poco. Nos ofrecieron un postre alternativo pero no reconocieron el error y nos estropearon el momento. El camarero fue muy amable. Para callarnos la boca nos sacaron una botella de champagne Codorníu caliente. El emplazamiento de este restaurante es muy bueno, pero la comida no lo es. En anteriores ocasiones he ido a comer con mi marido y hemos quedado satisfechos pero ayer no. Gran desilusión y he de decir que no volveremos. Muy poca profesionalidad del personal de cocina si se comete un error hay q reconocerlo es de ley. La soberbia y mal hacer les va a costar muchos clientes.

Fuimos por trabajo a este hotel y la verdad es que muy bien. Está en todo el centro de la ciudad, las habitaciones muy limpias y cómodas. Nos hicieron el favor de adelantarnos el desayuno y fueron muy amables. Si tengo algo negativo que decir es que mi compañera, que durmió en la planta baja si escuchó algún ruido de transeúntes nocturnos, pero los que estuvimos en la cuarta planta no escuchamos nada.

The apartment was very well equipped with everything from a dishwasher to automatic washing machine. Beds are really comfortable, with firm mattresses . the receptionist was a delight, providing useful information for sightseeing. Bear in mind that the Washington has no hotel-like facilities such as bar etc. . On the plus side, you can park for free in the street and there are plenty of bars and restaurants nearby, including supermarket and good public transportation. The apartment/suite is very modern. On balance, a good base of operations if you’re sightseeing.

Fantastic room with excellent location. Clean and comfortable. No reception or personal, but they respond to a quick message. The only bad thing is that there is a lot of noise from the street. The rooms are not very nice, but if you just want to use the room, it is an excellent option for the price.
