My stay was on 3rd floor with no lift. Ladder is congested and dirty. It has no sunlight also. Room is better. Food was explanation. Tea was very costly-rs. 520/5 cups.

stayed here for 2 nights and really enjoyed my stay here. Their breakfast quality and services are top class. Service staff was very attentive and offered various dishes which were not part of the buffet but were served freshly made and offered. Room and bathroom was cleaned, all amenities were provided. Will surely come and stay here again. Location was fantastic, very close to Alkapuri / office.

New and clean hotel. However hotel staff needs training on hospitality , to compare, staffs at ITC Welcom Hotel (near by business hotel) are more better at gesture. Especially entrance and reception, it feels like you are entering at train station, as they will not even help with luggage when scanning bags.

So I had to write about our recent stay in vivanta. Now it is firstly a beautiful Hotel easily accessible with great food but the thing that sets this hotel apart and gives it the taj tag are the staff! My friend was sadly sick from the day we started our trip but the only reason we survived is because of the help of Julip, Rajendra and Neelima . From helping us to get a place to settle in before our check in , to fetching meds ,food they were there. So thank you so so much you guys for making our stay beautiful ❤️❤️❤️

Pretty good stay in the locality, very close to the railway station and well connected with the city. Rooms are well spacious and active responding staffs. Bathrooms are massive and great. Amazing food with south indian and multiple options to choose, taste and quality of the food is appreciable. I find the laundry and snacks services highly pricy which is quite off. Rooms are without fan can add them would be my little of suggestion ***** with reducing the services price. Also appreciate the initiative of glass bottles rather than plastic in rooms!
