In the middle of nowhere in Uyuni, this hotel is a haven. So beautiful, the atmosphere is joyful, service is perfect, the beds are so comfortable, the meals are good, good heating also, a well deserved 10/10.

I loved this clean, beautiful salt hotel. The staff was nice and the place was a true oasis from the Uyuni town. The food was good and the staff was amazing. My one complaint is that the room does not come with towels. We had to request 1 and there was none to dry your feet when you step out of the shower which could be a tripping hazard. I even transfered to a different room and same thing. The hotel is truly stunning and the staff was so nice. Please provide towels in all rooms and a mat or small towel to dry feet on I would definitely stay here again

Hotel room was great. It very clean, the decor was charming and it was warm despite the cold weather outside. The food was delicious and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel has a very nice atmosphere and I would highly recommend it.

The hotel is great, staff are super nice and accomadating, food is amazing! They organize tours also. Raul is the owner super kindly. If you need something ask him. April to May the best month for see at night the stars, but the true is any time you can visit this amazing place.

O hotel me pareceu bem novo, tem um hall de entrada e corredor bem bonito com paredes e móveis de sal, assim como a suíte em que fiquei, com móveis de sal, o que é bacana mas deixa o quarto bem frio e particularmente não gostei muito, A suíte era ampla, boa cama, ducha ok e bom pacote de TV, enfim bem confortável. O atendimento no início foi um pouco confuso, mas logo um senhor que me pareceu o gerente ou dono resolveu tudo muito prontamente e de maneira muito cordial. O atendimento no restaurante foi excelente tanto no jantar quanto no café da manhã que era muito gostoso. Só a localização é que não é das melhores pois apesar de um pouco distante do centrinho da cidade a rua é de terra e como choveu estava impossível sair a pé... Enfim, tem alguns pontos que podem melhorar mas a minha experiência foi bastante positiva.

Foi a pior hospedagem da minha vida. Nos colocaram em um quarto onde só cabia a cama (não tínhamos espaço para abrir as malas e caminhar na frente da cama) e o quarto NAO TINHA JANELA (Nem no banheiro). Falando do banheiro, era pior do que de um botequim na Lapa (RJ). As roupas de cama estavam com cheiro ruim e sujas. Pedimos para trocar a acomodação (pois não tínhamos reservado aquilo) e nos destrataram. Passamos uma noite toda sem dormir em um calor de 40 graus e um quarto com odor pessimo. A descarga do banheiro parou de funcionar a noite (parece que a água foi fechada de madrugada..). Por fim, no jantar recebemos uma batata pequena cortada ao meio e um pedaço de frango do tamanho da palma da minha mão e nada mais. Trocamos para o hotel Rey Davi no dia seguinte e a experiência foi outra. Quarto amplo, limpo e atendimento excelente (além de mais barato).

Excelente atención del Sr Raul y todo el personal del hotel. Nos recomendó realizar la travesía al salar con Arielmagic tours que fue impecable. Las instalaciones del hotel y el mantenimiento en buenas condiciones. Solo se encuentra alejado del centro pero cuenta con restaurant para poder cenar allí mismo.
